Bonjour à tous, J'ai acheté un téléphone Samsung S10+ sur ce site pour plus de [redacted] euros. La provenance était un pays d'Asie, et je l'ai reçu en à peine trois jours au début de la période de confinement. Cependant, en ouvrant le colis, j'ai découvert que la boîte du téléphone n'était pas scellée, l'écran n'avait pas de film protecteur, j'ai reçu une version [redacted] Go au lieu de [redacted] Go commandés, et certains accessoires étaient manquants. J'ai contacté Rakuten pour ouvrir une réclamation contre le vendeur, EasyPhone18, qui semble être le responsable de cette arnaque. Après un échange de mails, le vendeur m'a demandé de renvoyer l'appareil à une adresse suspecte à Bordeaux avant le 29 Mai. Je refuse d'envoyer des articles d'une valeur de [redacted] euros à cette adresse. Je cherche maintenant des conseils sur les démarches à entreprendre pour obtenir un remboursement ou un remplacement du produit.

I am Magdalena T., and the email I used at Rakuten is [redacted] On May 23, [redacted], I made a $5,[redacted].23 purchase at Saks OFF 5th for jewelry. Unfortunately, my order was canceled without notice, and I should have received an 8% cash back offer that day. After contacting Saks, I was advised to reorder, but the cash back rate was reduced. As a healthcare worker caring for COVID patients, I bought these items as a reward for my hard work. It's frustrating that my order was canceled without a valid reason. I explained the situation to Saks, but they referred me to a third party. This experience has been disheartening for me.

I recently joined your company and selected to enroll in the Staples 2% cash back rewards program while making a purchase of over $25. Although I should have received a $10 sign-up bonus, it doesn't seem to have been applied. I left my contact number for customer service to reach out but after waiting over an hour on hold (despite the system saying a 2-minute wait), I still haven't received a call back. As a new customer, this being my first interaction with your company, I am already feeling dissatisfied with the experience.

Order [redacted]32 Bosch oven series 8 HSG656XS1 Hello, I have lost count of the number of calls and messages with your services. It has become very complicated, and I will have to seek legal assistance in addition to contacting the UFC-Que Choisir consumer association, where I am a member, to resolve the dispute. I believe that an oven arriving with a missing part necessary for its use is a "NON-CONFORMING" oven compared to my order. I have several options. Firstly, I have already explained to your colleagues that I wanted to exercise my right of withdrawal well before the 14 legal days. I was assured that I would be refunded once the oven was returned and that I needed to wait for the labels to return the oven. The second option mentioned by your service is a guarantee running for 6 weeks after receiving the product, allowing a refund in case of "NON-CONFORMING" delivery. Once again, I consider this delivery non-compliant. I do not want a missing part on my oven. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now, and it is very frustrating to have to deal with people who refuse to listen. To conclude, I do not want the part sent by Stockline (the seller). I want the seller to retrieve their oven, and I want a refund without delay. I also explained to your customer service colleague during my last call that I had to select another oven from another seller due to the lack of responsiveness from your services after you offered the refund.

Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with you for the past 3 weeks regarding my faulty product with the Reference (SAV): [redacted]07. I received the package, plugged in the device, and it simply does not work. Asking for a video seems unnecessary when I have clearly stated that it is not functioning. I am very disappointed with the way my claim is being handled. How long do I have to wait for this legitimate complaint to be resolved? I am not happy with the delay in processing my refund. I am eager to return the item at my expense, but the lack of communication between the seller and me is frustrating. Please allow me to speak with the seller to explain the issue. A video will not solve the internal problem with the device. I appreciate your understanding and ask for the situation to be resolved promptly. Is there no cooling-off period for purchases made on Rakuten?

I am experiencing issues with cash back for several Saks Fifth Avenue purchases made on various dates. On September 9, the purchase is missing from my account and I did not receive cash back, despite having an email confirmation from Rakuten for that day. On September 18, 20 (twice), and 21, the trips were eventually added to my account after a recent call, but the cash back received was not the expected 15%. The September 19 purchases are not showing on my account and should also be eligible for 15% cash back. Lastly, the purchases made on October 5 were supposed to receive 18% cash back; however, I only received $23.33 for one order when it should have been $[redacted].38, and no cash back has been received for another order expected to be $[redacted].62. I have evidence of these discrepancies and can provide pictures if necessary.

I invited multiple friends who made purchases through my referral link. Yesterday, my balance showed as $[redacted] from these referrals, but today it displays as $0. I confirmed with one of my friends, and she indeed used the link to make a $40 purchase. Consequently, I am puzzled about the sudden disappearance of the balance. I recently discovered that I unintentionally signed up for Rakuten last year on my iPad, which unfortunately does not support the app. As a result, I haven't been able to utilize the app and am eager to sign up using a referral link from a friend to receive a $40 bonus. Yesterday, I made several Christmas orders online through Rakuten. One order I completed on Casetify.com doesn't appear in my Rakuten cashback history. The order total was $37.40 with a 10% cashback offer. I kindly request to receive the $3.74 cashback that's missing from my Rakuten account. After receiving an email congratulating me on receiving the bonus, it briefly appeared in my Cash Back account before disappearing. I made three separate purchases through Macy's at 12% off. I used Rakuten and applied a coupon for each purchase, including the 12% cash back. However, two of the transactions are missing, totaling almost $[redacted] in value. This is a significant amount, and I need help resolving this issue. I settled my balance with Rakuten a few months back, but I am still seeing charges on my account for $27.00. Even after cutting up my card post payment, the automatic deductions continue. I mistakenly purchased a Fandango gift card instead of the Fanatics gift card I intended to buy from the Rakuten Gift Card Store. Despite sending two emails, I have not received a response, which is disappointing. Fandango does not meet my needs, especially since I have limited funds. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, so I am now without a present and unable to afford an alternative. I have reached out to Rakuten several times via email but have only received automated responses. My father and I both signed up to receive the $40 bonus for referral. We followed all the requirements and had the bonuses in our accounts briefly before they were taken back. Despite my inquiries, I was informed that we were suspected of having multiple accounts because we share the same last name. This situation is frustrating and unfair. We simply want to receive the bonus we rightfully earned.

I purchased items from Bed Bath & Beyond on 12/21/20 for $53.10 under order #BBB[redacted]. The Rakuten shopping trip # is either [redacted] or [redacted]. As a new member referred by a friend, we were both supposed to receive $40 cashback - me for joining Rakuten and my friend for referring me. However, Rakuten states that Bed Bath & Beyond hasn't informed them of my purchase, causing a delay in receiving the cashback. When contacting Bed Bath & Beyond, there seems to be confusion, and they are unaware of what needs to be done. I joined Rakuten with the expectation of receiving the promised cashback. Hopefully, this situation can be resolved soon.

I reached out to Rakuten regarding missing cashback for a purchase made on November 26th. The total amount of the sales ticket was $[redacted].95 due to buying furniture. Surprisingly, I only received cashback for a $1 donation that I made. After contacting Rakuten, I was advised to speak to Macy's, the store where I bought the furniture. I reached out to three Macy's representatives, two from the furniture department and one from the online department. They confirmed the purchase and delivery of the furniture, mentioning they were puzzled as to why Rakuten directed me back to them. Therefore, I was instructed to get in touch with Rakuten once more as they assured me they had fulfilled their part of the cashback agreement.
