Recently my POLARIS quad runner was stolen, that same day I went to eaton Ohio radio shack and purchased security swann pro security system*I was informed by sales person, "this is the best it's a * camper day and night system", believing her I did not hesitate in purchasing it. The purchase was made on the way to the door I hesitated to leave and turned to her and said this is all I need day or night to and I'll see who is on or out of my place"? She then replied" that and a DVR*, I replied ok wheres the EVE unit" she repied * we don't have any" so I left went to Walmart, I am a Walmart associate, explained what happened took the unit in we opened it went through the units instruction manual purchased a DVR. Hooked the system up and nothing worked called swann number in the manual was informed it wouldn't work on my DVR I had purchased. Here in lys my problem. I took it back and the same sales person who misinformed me now says we have the swann DVR it's $*** (plus). She said originally they didn't have them now miraculaslly they apoeared. I feel she took advantage of me in my time of crisis to sell the unit and mislead me to pay for the best one but fearing I didn't have the over $*** that tv total sale will now cost she sold me the unit waited until I opened it returned to now want have the $*** plus filler DVR. I want nothing else from radio shack except a refund on the part she sold me which is now useless unless I give them another $***.. It's my opinion she deserves to be fired for her sales morals. When I returned she said "well we were out of them" I asked when they came in she said Wednesdays how convenient I purchased it on a Wednesday why didn't she tell me to come back later and buy the entire system. I want my money back she dooped me that should a be illegal!!!!
