I had a question regarding a ban in Roblox due to a comment that was flagged as discriminatory. Despite reading the privacy policy, I am unable to understand the reason for the ban. Two collaborators mentioned they could not provide more information on the matter. I find this frustrating as I've been a long-time player. I simply seek a clear explanation for the ban. If this cannot be provided, I request that my account ban be lifted. I hope for a response unlike the lack of assistance I received from the previous individuals.

I recently had a concerning experience with an individual named Gizmo on Discord. They offered to create a graphics file for me and instructed me to right-click on my avatar and access the inspect function. Following their directions, I unknowingly shared what I believed to be the file requested, but it turned out to be my account information instead. Subsequently, I discovered a loss of my Robux currency, as well as unauthorized changes made to my Roblox account, with the display name altered to BeamedByDylan. This unauthorized access prevented me from joining games, eventually leading to the account being deleted due to inappropriate language usage that I did not engage in. I suspect foul play where the individual deliberately triggered actions that resulted in account deletion. This is distressing as I had valuable items and investments on that account totaling approximately $[redacted]. I humbly request prompt assistance in recovering my account under the username 6anvaa. Hello, Today, my alternate account named "adilybenett" was banned in the evening due to inappropriate content my sister, who was playing on it, posted, resulting in a permanent ban. I acknowledge that the moderator may have perceived it as a troll account, but it was genuinely meant to be an alternate account for myself. I purchased Roblox premium on my account earlier today with no intention of misuse. I understand and take responsibility for my sister's actions, and I kindly request a reduction in the ban or a refund for my premium subscription. I have been a Roblox user since [redacted], always following the rules without any prior warnings or issues. I'd like to share my situation regarding my Roblox account. I noticed I was logged out, which was unusual as I usually play on a different device. Despite the password being saved with Face ID, it was incorrect. I then tried on my iPad, where I observed suspicious activities and an unremovable PIN, preventing me from resetting my password or enabling 2-step verification. Although I logged out of other devices, the issue persists. I reached out to Roblox support today to urgently restore access to my account. As I have made significant purchases tied to this account, I am eager to resolve this matter. This issue began on April 29th around 3:00 PM after school. After I came back from shopping, I found my ROBLOX account terminated due to inappropriate language used by a friend while playing a game on my account. I have contacted Roblox, explained the situation, and requested another chance. I reassured them that I take responsibility and will ensure better conduct if I share my account again. ROBLOX is my primary gaming platform, and losing all the progress and time invested in my account is truly upsetting for me.

My son encountered an error [redacted] code when trying to log into his account. He tried to relink the game from his Xbox Series S but was prompted to log back in. Despite entering his information multiple times, he couldn't access the game. My Roblox username is “NotIlluminatiSpy” on the iPhone version. I was playing a game called Treasure Hunter Simulator, which is quite popular on the homepage. The game involves mining sand and treasure to earn money for better tools. However, after a few days of playing, I returned to find all my progress lost as if I had started anew. Even my scoreboard showed zero mined. This setback is discouraging as it requires a lot of time and effort to progress. I have researched online and discovered that this issue has affected others as well without a definitive solution. I urge the Roblox team to investigate and potentially restore lost progress to prevent recurrence. If they are unable to do so, contacting the game’s creator for assistance would be appreciated. I am requesting a refund for a recent charge made by mistake. I discovered this error when my partner tried to make a purchase last night and it didn't go through. The charges were mistakenly placed on a card ending in [redacted], which is a new card as I lost the previous one which ended in [redacted]. I would appreciate it if the refund could be processed on the new card ending in [redacted] as the other card is no longer valid. Thank you for your assistance.

Today at 6:46 PM UK time, I received a warning from Roblox. In the moderator notes, they mentioned something inappropriate was put into the chat. I would like clear evidence of this as I am certain I did not type anything inappropriate. I did report a player who was threatening others in the server, which I believe is truly inappropriate. Please show me the evidence of what you consider inappropriate chat from me, as I didn't chat much today and I am confused. This warning now worries me about my account's safety, especially with the amount of Robux I've spent. I take this issue seriously and await your response. Thank you.

Hello, my username is SamGladiator914. Yesterday, I tried to join a Discord server related to an experience in the Roblox platform. I wanted to verify my Roblox account through the Discord server, but I accidentally logged into a fake Roblox server. I noticed the fake site as it was loading because of the URL. A pin, which I don't remember setting up, was preventing me from activating 2-Step Verification. I emailed them for the pin but forgot to check for a response. Later, when I tried to play again, I found myself logged out from all platforms without access to my account. Even though I was entering the correct password, it kept saying it was wrong. Resetting the password didn't work either. I received emails for a password reset, but an error occurred saying, "we couldn’t load this security ticket." I kindly request the removal of the pin from my account and for the password reset option to function properly.

We have deposited a substantial amount of money into our child's account. Unfortunately, there was an accidental purchase of $45 made by me, the mother. I requested a refund for this amount, and now my child's account has been completely terminated. This situation is unacceptable. I have reached out to support multiple times regarding this issue, however, I have only received automated responses. Last Saturday, May 7th, between 4:20 and 5:00, my account was hacked. The hacker made unauthorized purchases such as game passes and items from the catalog, significantly depleting my Robux from nearly 8,[redacted] to 1,[redacted]. Additionally, they changed my display name to "mommy," confiscated all my in-game items, and altered my birthday to February 19, [redacted]. Despite setting up a pin, I am unable to revert these changes. I believe the ability to track login information could help identify the perpetrator. Alternatively, I kindly request to have the unauthorized purchases removed and my Robux reinstated, as I can provide evidence of the unauthorized transactions. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently purchased two jackets and one pair of pants on Roblox. The items I bought were leg warmers and arm warmers. These items did not violate any Roblox rules, and there was no reason to consider them inappropriate. However, to my disappointment, these items were removed from the catalog without any explanation or refund of Robux. I want to clarify that this issue is not related to any specific creator, as I bought items from different creators. It is frustrating to experience multiple instances of purchased items being removed over the years without any form of compensation or clarity. I was recently moderated unjustly. I do not engage in any harmful behavior and find the moderation to be overly stringent. Occasionally, I engage in playful banter that some may find amusing. However, during a recent incident where inappropriate topics were being discussed, I made a comment to stop, and later I was unexpectedly banned. I even reported the individual for their inappropriate behavior. The first time I made an inappropriate joke, it was an isolated incident, and I immediately stopped. Hours later, while engaging in a different conversation about a game, I was banned. I believe this action was unwarranted as the previous situation had already concluded.

Knowing now the gravity of the situation, I would have handled it differently.
