I thought October was the 7th month instead of July. I would like Roblox to resolve this issue by verifying my age through emailing me to confirm my details rather than denying the change because of the initial incorrect information. I'm experiencing a glitch in Royale High during the Summer [redacted] Wave 1: Monstercat challenge. I can't find the last token on the map after thoroughly searching, even after switching to a new device. This issue is similar to what happened during the [redacted] New Year's update with the sea shell challenge. Hello, my 8-year-old daughter, Ella, has an account under the username Ellafluffyrainbow1. We are facing an issue where the account keeps indicating an incorrect password despite us entering the correct one. This has occurred multiple times, resulting in us having to create new accounts and purchase Roblox unnecessarily. Ella loses all her progress each time this happens. Hello, I'm having trouble receiving the verification code on my Gmail because the email I used for my Roblox account might be different and has since been deleted. Unfortunately, I didn't update it to my current email before logging out. Good morning, I have been filing a complaint without receiving any response from Roblox Support. I made a purchase of Robux for the accounts: Alecami2022 Himikotoga2024 Only [redacted] Robux were credited to them, and the remaining [redacted] was supposed to be added after a month from the purchase. To date, the additional Robux have not been added to either of the two mentioned accounts. I believe my account has been hacked or I got logged out as I am unable to log in the next day. I tried multiple times without success. I am reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this issue. My account was deleted because I used inappropriate language without realizing someone would report me. Despite not directing it at anyone, I understand the consequences. I feel it's unfair that I was banned for using common slang when others say worse things freely. I'm willing to apologize for my words and request a review of this decision. I've invested considerable time and money into the game, and it's disheartening that it's all gone due to a report from an unknown player over a minor issue.

I encountered an issue while trying to log into my Roblox account. Typically, I dismiss the prompt to sign in with a new account, but this time it persisted and wouldn't let me proceed. Concerned about a possible hack, my friend and I have some shared information. In my group, Skylar is nice, we noticed a user discussing joining burgs.io. Suspecting the user may be a bot, possibly controlled by someone else. My original Roblox username is yrsalk, and my newly created account is fluffybunny0378.

My friend recently wanted to use my Roblox account, which I allowed since we have known each other for a while. Unfortunately, something went wrong, and now both her account and mine have been hacked. The hacker who took over her accounts on Discord also targeted mine, changing passwords, email addresses, and even my display name to "Laylani," which is my friend's name. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating, and I'm unsure how to resolve it.

The other day while playing "Friday Night Funkin'" on Roblox, my friend and I encountered some kids who bullied us. In the heat of the moment, I made a comment about hacking their account after being called stupid. As a result, I got banned. Could you please consider lifting the ban so I can enjoy playing Roblox again? My username is Meaidenaka without any spaces. I even changed my display name to "Roblox Founder" briefly for fun. My account, Boss_bandit, is inactive and cannot be seen by anyone. I have been an admin for a game for over 3 years, investing a lot of money and effort into it. I always follow the rules as an adult player. There were accidental refund requests for charges from Roblox, currently pending. I contacted Apple to stop the refund because I authorized those purchases. I requested a refund for a translator app but now realize I want to keep the money spent on Roblox. Apple asked for a 48-hour wait to cancel the refund. Please, I need my account back as soon as possible. Losing all my progress, achievements, and expenses on Roblox feels like a robbery. While playing Survive the Disaster, I encountered a hacker named Pon who manipulated part of the map into a spinning sphere resembling a black hole. When I mentioned this, Pon mistakenly reported me. Shortly after, I was banned, leaving me puzzled. Could you please lift the ban and take action against any users with the name Pon to prevent further incidents? Roblox has been a favorite of mine, and losing access to my account, especially one with Robux, has been disheartening. After years of enjoying Roblox, being banned has been upsetting. My daughter's account was compromised for the second time. The hacker targeted her because she is transgender. Although the hacker was banned, my daughter is missing $46,[redacted] worth of Roblox items, some of which were purchased and sent to the hacker's account. I work hard for my money, and my children enjoy Roblox. However, it is frustrating that Roblox states they can only offer a refund for hacked items once. My daughter, using the account 341glitterslime, discovered that her “mega” pets were missing in Adopt Me, and further investigation revealed that all her “legendarys” and “megas” had been traded away without her consent. She attempted to change her password without success, resulting in her creation of a new account, 341glitterslime34, in fear of losing her remaining pets. Hello Roblox Support, I recently bought two Roblox gift cards along with my best friend, who did the same. However, when we tried to redeem the cards, we encountered an error message stating that the codes had already been used. Strangely, my best friend received an email indicating that the gift card was redeemed in Iowa, a place we do not reside in. Concerned about potential hacking, we purchased the gift cards in Altus, Oklahoma, at the local Walmart.
