I am a young group owner seeking designers for my clothing group. Recently, my group was hacked, and stolen clothing items were posted without my knowledge. Hello, my username on Roblox is Churr_ooo, and unfortunately, I was hacked by someone. Here's what happened: I was on TikTok, and I saw a comment about trading a NFR Owl. I made an offer, and the person (username: agathaalice_23) agreed. They directed me to click on a link on their profile to add them as a friend. The website looked exactly like the official Roblox site, so I logged in and tried to add them as a friend but couldn't find their username. After multiple failed attempts, I gave up. Later, when I logged into Adopt Me, my good pets were missing. I was devastated. I checked my trade history and saw that my pets had been transferred to an account named rezaitem2. I have screenshots of our chat on TikTok and details of the person who took my pets. I'm not sure if it was actually them or if they had someone else do it. Please assist me in recovering my pets. I was recently permanently banned from the platform for "Account Theft." While I admit that I did engage in this behavior, it was not my original intention. I found myself in a situation where I needed [redacted] Robux urgently to progress in the game "Criminality," which had captured my interest. Due to financial constraints during the pandemic, I sought alternative ways to acquire the Robux. I came across offers on a Discord server where users would exchange items for Robux, sparking my interest. I agreed to help someone obtain an item by logging into their account without fully realizing the consequences. Although I initially intended to return the Robux, temptation got the best of me, and I ended up keeping some. When the user requested the Robux back, I returned most of it but kept a portion. This incident led to my account being deleted for violating the platform's terms of service. Now, after three months, I deeply regret my actions and seek a second chance to rectify my mistake. Hello, my name is Joey. I was recently banned from Roblox for 3 days for a reason I believe is incorrect. The ban was issued for "Dating/Sexting/ or any other inappropriate thing," but this was not the case. The ban occurred after I muted a user with an inappropriate username who was spamming inappropriate messages. Shortly after muting them, I was banned.
I am requesting for my account, MutedVile, to be unbanned as I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior but instead took action against someone who was violating the platform's guidelines.

Upon returning, I found myself logged out, and none of my password variations seemed to work. I inquired with my friend, who denied any involvement. When I asked her to confirm my name, she suddenly became defensive. Her username is Moonlight_ShadowYTT, and mine was Moon_LuvYT. I didn't have a phone number or email linked, and I had removed 2-step verification on my PC. I used to have an email but removed it for some reason I can't recall. While playing Lumber Tycoon 2, my friend and I experienced a sudden disappearance of all our items. A person claiming to help, asked for all our money, which in hindsight seems foolish, and vanished with it. We encountered hackers before, but this time it felt personal. Despite giving usernames like mine, jfhthccgh, my friend, xxsimplyannaxx, and the suspect, wdf4ff5g5, this breach of trust is unsettling. Dealing with hackers should not be commonplace, and I hope actions can be taken to rectify this situation since losing our belongings is distressing.

In Overlook Bay, a game received permission to sell merchandise for in-game promo numbers to unlock pets. However, due to global shipping delays, each item had to be shipped separately to one household, leading to increased prices for the in-game pets. The company selling the merchandise was unprepared to handle separate codes for different orders. I'm currently waiting for a promo code for a second item from them.
It would be better if games were not allowed to sell physical merchandise for in-game rewards; purchasing Robux is a more straightforward way to acquire in-game items. Hopefully, Roblox can prevent similar situations in the future.

I encountered a situation where a player promised me three free ride potions in exchange for a dragon. However, she claimed she couldn't trade or give me the potions. Later, she discovered she could trade and interacted with another player, ignoring my attempts to communicate. Despite not having any fly or ride potions, I lacked such items or even Roblox currency. Initially, we seemed to get along well, forming a virtual family, which she abruptly ended by removing me and connecting with someone else. When I tried to address the issue, she disappeared from my friends' list and the game entirely. I have reported this player twice but still do not know her username.

I've had my ROBLOX account for about five years. During this time, there has never been a request to reset my password until recently due to a security notification. I contacted the support team using the email I linked to the account, but have not received any reset links despite multiple attempts. I requested the support team to send the reset link directly through messages, but they indicated they couldn't assist further, which was quite frustrating. This situation is challenging as I might lose five years' worth of progress if I can't regain access. I believed my email was connected correctly, but without being able to log in, I can't verify.

While in Brookhaven, I witnessed two avatars engaging in inappropriate behavior without clothes in their virtual house. I was accompanied by my younger sister at the time and want to prevent her from being exposed to such content at a young age. This incident occurred between 7-8 pm in my local time. The usernames of the individuals involved are fl1xl and Yourlocal_frog32. I attempted to educate them about the inappropriateness of their actions, suspecting them to be underage users on a children's app, potentially endangering young audiences. Despite my warnings, one claimed to be 14 and was indifferent to any evidence or screenshots I mentioned. I urge for appropriate actions to be taken in response to this situation. I have sent 2-3 emails with evidence that my account was hacked, leading to the theft of my legendary pets in Adopt Me due to someone discovering my password. After the incident, I promptly changed my password. I have provided numerous photos as proof. Upon checking the trade history, I identified the hacker's username as "yuksayang." The pets that were taken include a ride dodo, ride frost fury, ride skele Rex, ride turtle, ride kangaroo, ride dragon, fly dragon, and two non-potion dragons. These pets were acquired through daily effort, and I kindly request for their return.
