They used a slur related to the LGBTQ+ community, which I calmly mentioned was not offensive to me. Unfortunately, they reported me, resulting in a seven-day ban on my account for supposed harassment. I believe this action was unjust since I was simply advocating for the LGBTQ+ community and clarifying that being called gay is not an insult. Although I unintentionally used an inappropriate term in Croatian, I now realize my mistake and vow not to repeat it in Roblox chat. In this situation, I feel the other players should face consequences for using a slur in a derogatory manner, unlike me, a member of the LGBTQ+ community speaking in defense. Today, July 13, [redacted], when I entered Murder Mystery 2, some players targeted me with hurtful language. Despite explaining that the term they used was not offensive to me, they reported me, leading to a 7-day ban on my account. I believe this ban for harassment was unjust as I was simply standing up for the LGBTQ+ community by stating that being called gay is not an insult. Although I used the f-slur in Croatian, I understand now that it was inappropriate, and I apologize. I will refrain from using it in Roblox chat in the future. In my opinion, those players should be banned instead, considering their derogatory use of the slur as an insult when they do not belong to the LGBTQ+ community. My son Cameron's Roblox account was hacked by an ex-friend who is 14 years old. We have screenshots on his cellphone showing that he accessed the account, changed the information, and stole all the money that was put into it. I've invested a lot of money in my son's game, and this boy had no right to alter the account and lock my son out. At the moment, my son is unable to sign in, but we hope to connect it to his Xbox to prove ownership. We have text messages from the boy admitting to hacking the account and changing the details. I encountered an issue while attempting to log into my account. I received a termination notification citing "unauthorized disputed charges," which seems to be a mistake since I never associated any payment method such as a debit or credit card or PayPal with my Roblox account "FanboiRyu." This is perplexing as I have always funded my account purchases using personal funds and have never disputed any charges or misused someone else's financial details. I urge the team to investigate thoroughly and reinstate my account access as I value my investment and have been a loyal customer since the summer of ****, when I created the account. Despite attempting to reach out via email and phone, I understand that it may take some time due to the holiday.

After recently updating my password and confirming my 2-step authorization due to suspicious activity on my account, I made sure all my account details were correct. However, I am now unable to log in. I attempted to reset my password and expected to receive a confirmation through 2-step verification, but no notifications arrived. When trying to contact Roblox support, I encountered an issue with an "invalid username" on the online contact form. I am currently stuck without the ability to reset my password, log in, or reach out for assistance. I am willing to provide all necessary information, including emails, receipts, device MAC addresses, dates/times, and phone numbers, to confirm ownership of the account. I realize that some may use "Jesus" as a swear word, but I find it frustrating that His name is being censored. Please allow "Jesus" to be spoken without censorship. It feels unfair that terms like gay, lesbian, and bisexual are not censored for LGBTQ+ individuals while Jesus is. I opt to use "Yeshua," His Hebrew Name, to avoid censorship, which seems confusing given that "Yeshua" is not censored while "Jesus" is. In mid-[redacted], I unfortunately lost access to my old Roblox account "Royal_heart1234" due to falling for a scam where someone named "Itsdssn" convinced me to share my password in exchange for free Robux. This person mentioned they had helped a friend of mine get Robux, and to secure my account, they advised me to change my password to include the word "fox." After I did so, I was locked out of my own account, and "Itsdssn" has been using it ever since. Despite my attempts to contact them from new accounts, I've been consistently blocked. I have found a few old receipts for Robux purchases and am hopeful that this information might help me regain control of my account, even though it has been years and the account has likely been used for purchases by the thief. I am determined to reclaim my account but I am finding it challenging.

While playing in the murder mystery game on your platform, I encountered xxFearlessxxHD and her friends engaging in racist behavior, targeting me, my friends, and other black players in the server with offensive language and slurs. Despite reporting the incidents multiple times, I have not received any confirmation of action taken against her. The emotional distress caused by her actions is unacceptable, and I am disappointed in the lack of response from your team. I have been unable to access my account for about three months now, which is quite frustrating as I have invested a lot of money and effort into it. I am upset as my mom is disappointed that I have lost access to the account. The issue began when I was trying to create a group within the account, and shortly after, I was logged out. To verify this, you can check the IP addresses to see the difference between where I normally log in from and where the hacker was accessing it. The billing name associated with the account is Danielle Draper. The payment method used was a credit card ending in [redacted]. The billing email is [redacted], and the possibly verified email could be [redacted], though I don't remember the password for it. I also recall the phone number on the account being [redacted], which belongs to my mother. It has been a while since the hack, and I am unsure if it's too late, but I am hoping to recover the account. If possible, please respond to [redacted] I do not think there was a PIN or 2-step verification on the account. I used to make payments of $1, $5, or $10 for Robux on Roblox. Someone I cared deeply about texted me two days ago explaining they were temporarily banned and asked to use my account to play a game. I trusted them and shared my password along with providing the code from my email. Later, they asked to add a virtual currency to my account which I declined. They purchased a premium service without my permission. They had seemingly planned this for a while and I fell for it. I woke up to find they changed my password and attempted to change my email linked to the account. Despite my efforts, I was unable to regain access. I am deeply disappointed as I trusted them. I am hopeful to recover my account as I have put a lot of effort into collecting items on it.

We suspect it was hacked some time ago when the password stopped working, and it appeared online without our control. Good morning, I hope you and your loved ones are doing well. I've been facing an issue for about 2-3 years now. Both my twin sister and brother purchased the Roblox Robux membership for $20 each. Due to being on vacation that week in Disney, they couldn't manually cancel it, leading to a charge on my credit card, which I thought was fraudulent. Upon contacting my bank, they resolved the issue and issued me a new bank card. Upon returning home, my siblings noticed a lot of Robux in their accounts but both their accounts got banned. Unfortunately, no one seems to listen to my side of the story. I wish I could speak to someone about this matter.

Yesterday, while playing "Cart ride into Ridite!", my cousins (lifestylechoices2, blueboy1971, firefly90234, and sweettreat72) and I encountered a disruptive player who caused chaos in the game. This player used a boombox to blast annoying sounds, ignored requests to stop, and then proceeded to disrupt the game further with admin commands like placing obstacles on the track and interfering with players. Unfortunately, my cousins firefly90234 and sweettreat72 were unfairly banned for a day by this player. The disruptive player, whose username contained the letters n,k,o,n,d,e,r, had a distinct avatar with a red torso, pastel yellow head, and premium red hat with antlers and glasses. The negative experience soured our enjoyment of the game, and there have been reports of players being scammed while purchasing expensive clothing items that fail to load or appear. In this regard, we seek refunds of 10 robux for lifestylechoices2, 30 robux for sweettreat72, and 20 robux for bluegirl1971. Thank you for your attention. Have a great day.

My account KittyQueen9359 has been compromised, and the associated email for password recovery has been altered. I am unable to regain access to my account, and it is of utmost importance to me to reclaim it. The individual responsible for this breach goes by the username crystal_roseloverx. I have concrete evidence of her involvement as, briefly after regaining access for one day, Crystal confessed to my friends in a group chat. Initially, Crystal and I were friends, but her behavior shifted positively when I upgraded to premium status. Upon offering her Robux, she declined. Shortly after, I was hacked, and all my Robux vanished. Investigation in group chats revealed Crystal admitting to taking my Robux. Furthermore, Crystal seems to have gained wealth without purchasing Robux, raising suspicions that she may be exploiting my friends' accounts. Rodneydurr5_0, one of my friends, has been questioning Crystal about acquiring assets, and Crystal has not obtained any Robux legitimately. It is likely she accessed my friends' accounts and siphoned Robux from their group contributions. Therefore, I request assistance in recovering lost Robux, regaining access to my account, and potentially banning Crystal to prevent further deceitful actions. Thank you.
