If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

My daughter was logged out of her account. She tried to log back in, but can't remember her password. Apparently, she did not enter an email address or phone number when she created the account, so we can't use the online password reset options.*Her username is pandastarlight*, and she has had the account since approximately August. We just recently upgraded her account to a monthly paid account.*Can you please provide us with the password or give us a password reset so that she can log back in to the account?*Thank you.
