She explained she needed the money in Bloxburg as she was struggling financially. Subsequently, she removed me as a friend on my other account and left numerous vital chats. I believe she should face temporary suspension for violating account rules. I am seeking assistance in resetting my password to regain access, as my username is alicornnacho and the friend's username is LoveKitty2026.

Recently, while chatting with a friend, she mentioned having a surprise for me - Robux! Excitedly, I shared my account password without much thought. Sadly, it turned out to be a ploy as she changed my password, locking me out. She confessed she wanted money from Bloxburg. Feeling deceived, I confronted her, leading to her unfriending me. Despite adding me back, she seems to be claiming my account as hers. Furthermore, she removed my sister from my account. Her username is LoveKitty2026, and mine is alicornnacho. I seek assistance in temporarily banning her and reclaiming my account, intending to undo any changes she made. Your prompt help in retrieving my account access would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter's game account, COOKIEMEL2001, encountered an incident while playing Adopt Me on 02 August [redacted]. Another player named mandiuye76_back engaged in a deceitful trade promising a king bee or neon frost in exchange for a pet. Initially returning the pets traded, mandiuye76_back abruptly left the game after receiving my daughter's ride Albino monkey. This player has 2 Roblox accounts and has caused distress by scamming my daughter's favorite pet. I kindly request an investigation into this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

While playing murder mystery, a player asked me how I obtained a bat wing, to which I responded that I traded a prismatic for it. Subsequently, there was an accusation of scamming because I did not inquire about the values beforehand. In the trade, they offered batwing, and I offered prismatic. Initially, I hesitated, thinking they wouldn't agree, but they did. Other players are now threatening to report me and have my account deleted, claiming they will share screenshots of the conversation. I genuinely didn't realize it could be considered a scam and assure it won't recur. I am deeply worried about the consequences and pleading for help to resolve this matter without losing my account, which I have put considerable effort into.

My son had a Roblox account where I purchased $99 worth of Robux for him, giving him 10,[redacted] Robux. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks, we encountered an issue where a message appeared stating that the account was accessed from a different device, leading us to suspect it was hacked. My son traced the unauthorized activity back to a game called "Adopt Me" where he saw the hacker spend the 10,[redacted] Robux. Confronting the hacker in-game confirmed our suspicions. We seek a refund of the money spent, not the Robux. Despite reaching out via email, the resolution process has been frustrating as each time we are told we didn't provide enough information. Hello, I have previously sent an email for assistance but haven't received a response. Last night while playing Bloxburg in the breathes neighborhood, I encountered a user named Maddy11056. We played together, and she offered free robux. I followed her to another game with parkour and a chest, where I mistakenly shared my password. Since then, I've been locked out of my account even after entering the correct credentials. I wasn't able to reset my password as I hadn't provided my email or phone number. Someone else has accessed my account and played games on it. I urgently need help to regain control. Please assist me promptly. My username is BarbieGirll04.

Hello Roblox, I have encountered an issue that I believe is unfair regarding password resets. When receiving a warning and being logged out, I feel it's not right. I suggest users should be able to access their accounts when they get a warning to address the problem. This situation has happened to me under the username cleiry26. If it pertains to the username, I find it inappropriate as it might imply something negative about the user. While I understand the rule about not using real names, it's unclear if usernames are actual names. Could you please assist me in recovering my forgotten password by sending it to my email? My Roblox account xxxsut4xxx has been compromised, and the password has been changed. I require urgent assistance. Edit: To clarify, the account was not hacked by a stranger but by my girlfriend's ex-boyfriend. Upon discovering my relationship with his ex, he decided to steal the account as a form of retaliation. Despite him purchasing Robux for my girlfriend, the account information belongs to her. The ex-boyfriend's actions are fueled by toxicity and obsession, as my girlfriend has been in a committed relationship with me for almost three years now. The ex's attempt to claim ownership of the account is purely vindictive. I am seeking help to regain access to the account, reset the password, and return it to my girlfriend to bring back her joy. This incident has caused distress, and I hope to resolve it without her having to create a new account and start over, considering the emotional toll it would take on her.

Additionally, strange messages kept appearing in the Roblox chat, resulting in my friends receiving scam notifications claiming to offer free pets. While playing, my game froze, so I exited. When I tried to log back in, it said my account was accessed from another device, which scared me. I clicked "accept" as it was the only option, but then I received an error message while trying to purchase something, even though I don't have any robux. Worried, I attempted to change my password but couldn't remember the previous one. I asked in various games and many suggested I may have been hacked. This is my second account issue, the first was with Free Fire, and now with Roblox. Hoping for a quick resolution. I have a secondary account on my mom's phone where I will move my pets from Adopt Me, but games like Epic Mini Games will be affected. My ROBLOX account got hacked after I was approached by someone asking to trade Robux. They requested that I accept their friend request and join a game with them. The game asked for my password to receive free Robux, which I provided. After leaving the game, I found myself logged out of my account. I was playing Jailbreak at the time and chatting with a friend. It's frustrating as I can't access my account now. Please help me retrieve my password or reset my account. I accidentally posted inappropriate images on my friend's Roblox account, thinking I was using a new account for a dare. My friend, whose username is "ZWARTEPlET," has been upset since the start of the year because of what I did. I mistakenly logged into their cherished childhood account instead of the new one, leading to its deletion. I am deeply sorry for this mistake, and I feel terrible that my friend lost all the progress and money spent on the game. I hope that the account can be restored as he did not deserve to be punished for my actions. I promise to be more careful in the future and ensure that this kind of incident never occurs again.

Today, I bought [redacted] Robux for my child. The transaction appeared to go smoothly as her account reflected [redacted] Robux after the purchase, accounting for the 2 Robux she had previously. However, when she attempted to buy a flying potion in Adopt Me, it showed that she had no Robux. Upon checking, the balance was at 0. I reviewed my bank statement, and the money was deducted by Roblox. Can you please investigate this issue and ensure that the [redacted] Robux are correctly added back to my child's account, as I originally intended and paid for? My sister is Chloe R. and I'm Brookelynn R. Chloe had an account that she got logged out of suddenly. We've been playing Adopt Me together, and this morning, on August 9th, when she tried to log back in, it wouldn't let her in properly. We even tried resetting the password, but it just kept kicking her out. We really need to access the account because we purchased Robux last night and she bought many things with it. Hello, during my time playing Roblox, I've had various accounts like Daggerwin00, Daggerswin00, X_Fixti, Dagerswin00, and BeastGamer080. Unfortunately, I've been locked out of my Daggerswin00 and Daggerwin00 accounts, the only two without my email. When I was 7-8, I got locked out of the Daggerwin00 account after trying a free Robux game, and it was my oldest account with most of my items. The next account, Daggerswin00, I got locked out of after buying Robux. I signed out one day and couldn't get back in, even though I believe all accounts originally had the same password. If you could reset or provide me with the passwords, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your help.

My son purchased Robux Premium for £4.99, but the payment was processed without receiving the Robux or premium benefits. Despite emailing support multiple times with evidence, they keep requesting a .pjp file, which he has already submitted. However, they claim it needs to be in a .pjp format, although it already is. When trying to repurchase the premium, the system indicates he must wait for the current one to expire, even though he never received it. This cycle of sending proof and receiving the same response is frustrating and going in circles.

I purchased a $25 gift card and tried to redeem it for Robux by entering the code after scratching it off. Unfortunately, when I attempted to make a purchase with the redeemed gift card, the system asked me to verify my credit card information, which defeats the purpose of using the gift card. Despite redeeming the gift card, I wasn't able to access the Robux, as I was redirected to input my credit card details. I don't want to use my credit card as I already have the gift card. The system indicated that the gift card had been redeemed, leaving me unable to use the funds to make the purchase in the game.

Hello Roblox, I need some assistance. While playing the game Greenville, I received a friend request from a user called Chickenpoop0612. Initially, I declined the request, but then they messaged me offering admin privileges. After some hesitation, I accepted their friend request. They claimed to be a Roblox staff member and asked me to chat on the homepage. Eventually, they requested my password which I provided, but upon trying to log in again, I realized my password had been changed. I am quite upset about this incident and kindly request that you ban this hacker, Chickenpoop0612, and revert the password change so I can secure my account once more.
