If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I was trying to play bloxburg with my friends. ... I was playing a game (bloxburg) and my friend said he wanted to roleplay. So he decided to adopt a child which he soon said didn’t want. I was being nice to the girl then she got into build mode and she did to and started moving my stuff around. I told her I think it was time to go. She said no way and she would begin to hack me. I was scared because I had been hacked before. I told my friends and I blocked her off my property she didn’t leave and she said my house would catch on fire. She continued with the threats and I my friends and I continued to stand up for myself and then she was saying we were harassing her as soon as I told her I would tell the police. I was scared for my life and I would like some disclosure that she is banned or I am safe. Her username was moemoe*****. Can roblox please contact me back and let me know if she has been dealt with?
