Hi, my son has an account with you which is Josh******* and allowed my *year old to play on his account who has made multiple purchases by mistake, almost £*** worth of game passes and rodbuk. I am a single mum of *, I am on benefits and can not afford to lose that money as it is for food and Bill's, I am desperate for my money, please please can you refund me. This has never happened before and if you look into what has been purchased on the account you can see this is a massive mistake. I am very sorry for the situation and absolutely gutted as that was my money from child income and the only money I have. I no have no money because of this mistake and I didn't know until this morning that this had happened. Please could you refund all my money, you can take back everything he purchased and deleted his account if you like. Thank you
