Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my daughter's Roblox account. Her laptop had a keyboard problem, and after contacting laptop customer service, they restored the Windows system. Unfortunately, she is now unable to access her account because she forgot the password and did not have an email or phone number linked to it. She is quite upset about this. If my daughter and son are not assisted soon, I will need to express my dissatisfaction. My son's account on Roblox is "ocelotly," and my daughter's username is "stormylovesyoulol." Despite my supervision, both of them were unjustly banned without reason. I kindly request for their accounts to be unbanned promptly.

I have tried to contact you twice regarding the auto jump feature on the mobile version of Roblox. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my emails and the phone numbers provided are unclear. My friend and I want to play a specific game that requires precision and the auto jump is hindering our gameplay experience. Please consider adding an option to disable auto jump for mobile players, allowing us to fully enjoy games that are typically better suited for computer play. Thank you.

Loobenscooo has taken over my account by deceiving me into giving him my password. Despite my refusal, he managed to access my account and spent all of my 4 million cash on Jailbreak, gifting himself purple vault safes. He then lied about purchasing all the cars in the game, unfriended me, and claimed he added 12k Robux to buy back my cash. His username is Loobenscooo.

I recently encountered a distressing situation after befriending someone on Roblox. It took me over a week to realize that this person, under the username Actual_Pain, was manipulating me under the guise of friendship and eventually hacked my account. My gamer tag is ICaesarTheSaladI, and the hacker made offensive remarks through messages. They admitted to hacking others before me and threatened to do it again if they come across me in a game. Not only did I lose valuable items that my parents spent lots of money on, but the hacker's behavior was also sexist and transphobic. I am requesting assistance to either regain control of my hacked account without displaying my past usernames, or transfer my belongings and progress to a new account to prevent further targeting. Additionally, I urge for the banning of Actual_Pain to protect other players from falling victim to similar attacks. This situation is alarming as the hacker claims access to sensitive information like email, parental pin, and security code, escalating the severity of the issue.

I believe my Roblox account has been compromised. Yesterday, while using my computer, I witnessed strange activity as the mouse appeared to move autonomously to remove the phone number verification from my account. Subsequently, I was logged out and another unidentified account took over. Regrettably, I have lost all the limited items on my character and am presently unable to access my account. I am earnestly seeking assistance in recovering my account and restoring my lost items.

I was downstairs, and when I came back, the message "This site can't be reached" appeared. I tried refreshing the page, but it logged me out of my account. I've been unable to log back in for a few days now. I'm worried because I have an upcoming competition on Saturday linked to my account. I suspect it happened because I mistakenly sent an inspect element file to the wrong person, which led to them obtaining my password. I am requesting to use my one-time restoration rollback. The individual who currently possesses my limited item, the Prankster with serial number [redacted], goes by the username YouThoughtLol101. Their account was created on the same day they took my item, December 10, [redacted]. I have noticed they may be involved in other questionable transactions as they also own other limited items that are not mine. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter. Anticipating a response.

I encountered an issue where the site couldn't be reached on my computer. After refreshing the page, I was unexpectedly logged out. Despite several login attempts, I couldn't regain access. There are also indications of potential additional scams, as they appear to have other limited items that do not belong to me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I am concerned about my daughter's account on Adopt Me being reset. I have invested nearly $[redacted] this month alone to purchase Robux. It's frustrating that her account shows no record of the recent items she bought using the funds I've provided. I believe restoring her recent purchases, replenishing her Robux balance, or issuing a refund for the expenses made in the past few months can resolve this issue. My account, YummyCupcakes3210, has been hacked. I noticed suspicious activity such as unknown friends added, changes to my bio, constant online status when I'm not using it, and items in my inventory I didn't acquire. Hello there! Today, I attempted to access Roblox to play "Flee the Facility," but encountered a message saying my account was restricted. The same issue arose when I tried to join "Tower of Hell" and "Murder Mystery 2." Unsure how to proceed, I attempted to sign out and back in but couldn't recall my password. I am unsure of what happened, but I recently experienced a loss of Robux on my account, "FloppyPancakes125." This isn't the first time I've faced this issue. I accumulated a significant amount of Robux in one day, only to discover the next day that my account had been hacked, and all the funds were gone. In games like Adopt Me, I spent hundreds of dollars on items, including a Ride Fly Shadow Dragon named "Shadow." I am desperate to regain access to my account and am willing to give up my new Robux-less account with numerous items. If anyone can assist, please reach out.

I recently discovered that my account was hacked without my knowledge, and the hackers took my limited items. This is a new experience for me, and I believe they gained access through a keylogger without my consent. They initiated trades from my account without my involvement. I was unaware of their actions and suspect they used some sort of audio method to breach my account. I also forgot my account pin and would appreciate a reset. I lost specific limited items including the Trouble Maker, Recycled Headphones, and the Supa Fly (purple). The usernames of the hackers are luxurykappa and luxuryyjeremiah. I hope to recover my items and seek a rollback due to being hacked.
