Hi My daughter has a roblox account. Her laptop has some keyboard issue and I called laptop customer service and restored windows system. I thought her account is online and she can login to everything was in there. I did not know that she forgot about her password and no email or phone number associated to her account. She is very upset when she cannot login to her account now. Could you please help her to send me a link to reset her password. My email account is *****@***.com. Her username is cookieincream*. Really appreciate your help. Thanks, Yahui.
