It's alarming how some individuals are circumventing the reporting system and engaging in inappropriate behavior, including online dating. I find it disturbing that children can access such content on Roblox, and I urge for better control over the content displayed. Increasing monitoring efforts and having a vigilant system in place to prevent any form of misconduct, such as gross language or trolling, would be highly beneficial. Hello Roblox, Unfortunately, I have lost access to my old account, Arisen152, due to forgetting the associated email and password. I have invested approximately $70.00 into this account and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering it. It seems that when I attempt to log in with the password "Dragonslayer152" for Arisen152, I am denied access. My current character is ditto366, and my main priority is regaining access to Arisen152. If possible, I would like to update the email linked to Arisen152 to my current one to streamline the account recovery process. I recently discovered that my 7-year-old, who seems to be quite resourceful and unfortunately dishonest, memorized my Amazon password by watching me and went on a Roblox shopping spree using a gift card balance that belonged to my mother. As a single mother, I cannot afford the unexpected $[redacted] bill. Amazon was unable to refund the purchases made through a third-party app, so I am reaching out to Roblox to see if they can help. I did not authorize any of these transactions, and I am hoping that Roblox can refund the money and remove the items purchased from the account. If possible, please contact me at [redacted]. I was excited when my friend offered me exclusive Xbox skins, but I hesitated due to lack of trust. Despite changing my password to his name "Christian," he didn’t respond to my request for the skins. I changed my password back, but when he finally replied, I switched it back to "Christian." Due to my difficult phone keyboard, I struggle to type without errors. This morning, he promised to provide the skins with a password related to "Christian." However, none of the passwords worked. I tried to change it without success, not realizing I had to verify my phone number first. Now I am locked out of my account as neither my number nor his works. I am a fan of Roblox and desperately want access to my account again.

I recently woke up and logged into my Jailbreak game, but I got kicked out suddenly. I received an email notifying me that my password was changed, and I was also logged out of Roblox. Despite managing to restore my account, I was kicked out once again. I suspected my email was changed too. I then joined the hacker in a game called Survivor, hoping to reclaim my account if he won. When he lost, he taunted me and revealed his username as Robotatron7878. After reaching out to him and subscribing to his YouTube channel, he claimed he gave the account to his brother and unfriended me. Feeling helpless, I recalled a YouTube video suggesting I contact support for help. I'm now reaching out to you to restore my account, HappyPloploop. I would like to bring to your attention an incident regarding potential theft within the game servers. My brother recently encountered a situation where a player in Adopt Me claimed to be selling a mountable pet for $[redacted]. After confirming the pet was indeed mountable, we paid the amount as requested. However, the player then demanded an additional $[redacted], which we refused. Despite our request for a refund, the player refused to return the money. This player also scammed another user in a similar manner. It is important for the game moderators to watch out for such deceitful players and take appropriate actions. It is unfair for players to make false claims and cheat others out of their virtual possessions. There is this girl named Chaseandjada who hacked into my sister's account, which is Ashley_Greenfriend. She managed to change everything and take her Roblox. My sister has been struggling to regain access, and even other sisters have been trying to help but with no success. I attempted to confront Chaseandjada by briefly joining her game and witnessed her scamming other people, not just my sister. She seems to have multiple accounts, including one with a similar username but with a "2" at the end. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue and recovering my sister's account. I was playing on my account as usual, and a stranger offered me free Robux. I made the mistake of trusting him and shared my password. He changed it, causing me frustration. After some quick thinking, I managed to recover my account. The scammer attempted to trick me with a fake account, but I didn't fall for it. I even tried to reconcile with him, which surprisingly worked. However, to be safe, I changed my password and logged out. The next day, I couldn't access my account, resulting in distress and tears. Despite creating new accounts, I couldn't retrieve my Robux. I've reached out to support countless times, but the solutions provided didn't work since my account wasn't linked to my email or phone number. I'm pleading for a resolution as I dearly miss my account.

A couple of months ago, one of the best moderators of Roblox sadly lost my account because my email was deleted. I didn't have control over the removal of my email; it was my elementary school that did it. I used my school email to create an account on your platform. After I finished elementary school, my email got deleted. I knew that around 2 months Roblox would ask for my email again, but I had no choice but to enjoy my last days on that account. Now, those days are over, and I really hope you can help me get my account back. If you need proof that I am the owner of the account, the password was "omehenk11", my email was "tobias.kros@[redacted].nl", and finally, my username was "matthiasgoal". Greetings, Tobias. P.S. When I open the Roblox browser, I see the top blue bar with options like "games, catalog, create, and robux," but the rest of the screen is just a plain gray-white background. Clicking on any tab only shows ads on the side or top of the screen. I took a break for about 3 hours while playing today, and now this issue persists. I checked on my phone and Roblox works fine there, but not on my computer. I've tried restarting my computer, reconnecting to the network, and looking for solutions in the "Help" section, but the problem remains. I hope this can be resolved soon. I believe my account was recently terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service. While I understand the importance of enforcing rules, I have carefully reviewed ROBLOX's Terms of Service for about two hours and cannot determine the specific reason behind my account's deletion. I kindly ask for a reconsideration of the decision made by ROBLOX as I believe there may have been a misunderstanding that led to this action. Throughout my time on ROBLOX, I have made an effort to abide by the rules diligently. A few days ago, I visited my friend's house and played Roblox on his PC. I forgot my password and did a reset, inadvertently leaving my email logged in. He changed my Roblox account details as a prank, and now he's making me do tasks to get it back. It's been a few days, and I'm still waiting for him to return it. Please don't take any action against him as we often play pranks on each other. Thank you.

On the evening of August 5th, at around 10:00 pm, I came across a link posted on a Discord server supposedly meant to link my Roblox account with my Discord account. I unwittingly provided my username and password for Roblox as part of the verification process. The link promised to link my accounts within 12 hours. The following day, I discovered that I couldn't access my Roblox account due to an incorrect password. Research revealed that the link was fraudulent and designed to hack Roblox accounts. Unfortunately, I had not associated an email address with my Roblox account when I first created it as a temporary measure, and I have not added one since. I am hoping for assistance in recovering my Roblox account. My username is Airplanewifi56, and the account was created on 5/20/19.

I was playing a game called "Project Zorgo," then later when attempting to play Roblox, I found out my account, prettylittleliars261, had been hacked. I realized this when I noticed my avatar was wearing different clothes than the ones I had on. To investigate, I used my friend's phone to log in and discovered the issue. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the password was [redacted]63. I am concerned that the hacker may spend my Robux and delete my account. I need assistance in reaching out to the Roblox developer. My 10-year-old daughter linked my visa debit card to her Roblox account without my permission. She has made unauthorized purchases amounting to over £[redacted]. Google refunded me £[redacted].38, but this is not sufficient to cover her expenses. I believe many parents encounter similar problems. My daughter manipulated me into thinking she needed to buy these items to play Roblox. She has her Samsung tablet and an email account under [redacted] I did manage to remove my card from her account with Google's help. My friend pressured me into joining a game promising free robux, even though I was already playing another game. After completing the game, they asked for my username and password to grant the robux. Feeling coerced by my friend threatening to unfriend me, I gave in, only to realize the next day that I couldn't log in. I desperately need help as I have valuable items on that account. The game's name was "Finish to Get a Reward."

My daughter was on Roblox last Friday after I gifted her almost £50 in Robux. She was bullied into being hacked, resulting in the loss of her account. This has been incredibly distressing for her. My other daughter witnessed the hacker pretending to be her sister, spending the Robux and altering her avatar and builds. We have both reported the issue, but no action has been taken. As the one who pays for the account, I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have tried all avenues to resolve it myself, but without the account, changing the password is impossible. Any guidance on what steps to take would be greatly appreciated. I feel completely powerless in helping my daughter; she is devastated. Thank you.
