Hi, I wanted to share some ideas for an update. Have you heard of The Sims? I think it would be great to bring some of those features to Bloxburg. Here are my suggestions: 1. Create a customizable home for the starting menu with different features like Games, Catalog, Avatar, Messaging, Friends, Profile, Inventory, Trade, and Groups. 2. Introduce badges that could be like stickers or decorative items. 3. Develop an app for creating house decorations. 4. Allow players to visit friends' houses when they're online. 5. Expand the game to include a world where you can explore, build, work, earn Robux, and live a virtual life. I hope these ideas can be considered for an update! Thank you.

My Roblox account seems to be under a security issue as of 6/29/[redacted] at 12:13 CST. Someone else is logging into my account from a different device and kicking me out of games. Despite never sharing my password, pin, phone number, or email, this breach is concerning. While I can access my account, I am unable to play games due to the unauthorized access. Friends have checked for downloaded software, but none was found. I need urgent assistance with this matter.

Hello Roblox, I was in the middle of enjoying Bloxburg on my account, kaytlin066, and was constructing a Starbucks building when two users, XxitsmeflawlessvalxX and xXitsmeflawlessgodxX, approached me. They offered me a jeep in exchange for co-owner permissions, and I naively agreed, thinking it was for the vehicle. Shortly after, they exited build mode, revealing their true intentions by saying, "UR WELCOME SUCKER." To my dismay, my plot was cleared entirely. I am currently attempting to rebuild but am struggling. I am disheartened by this experience and have lost trust in other users. As I am below the age of 13, I have included my email below. I believe this issue goes against the rules as it feels like a scam and has been very upsetting for me. I would appreciate assistance as soon as possible. Thank you.

While playing Tower of Hell on my Tcoplayz508 account, I received a friend request from Taithegam, who claimed there was a daily reward waiting for me. Excited about the possibility of a reward, I shared my Fortnite password with him. Shortly after logging off, I realized that my account had been compromised. I've been struggling all day to regain access. I fear Taithegam might be on Bloxburg causing harm. Feeling upset, I just want to recover my account. Currently, I'm using Tcoplayzroblox508, but I wish to revert it to Zanecook to reclaim control. I suspect he is currently active on the account. Thank you, Tylah Cook

Hello, I recently joined a game called ROBUX on Roblox, and when I left the game, I found out that I was logged out. I tried to log back in, but it kept saying my password was incorrect. I followed the steps to change my password, like receiving a SMS code and an email, but it didn't work. This is my seventh email attempting to contact you, and I still haven't received a clear answer. Please send me an email to help me change my password as my account seems to be hacked. Thank you.

A few days ago, I purchased [redacted] Robux for $5 on my account but did not use them immediately. Today, while playing Bloxburg, I attempted to buy a gamepass and realized that I only had 16 Robux, the same amount I had before buying the Robux. I was disappointed to see that the Robux I purchased seemed to have disappeared, despite the $5 being deducted from my iTunes account. I hope this issue can be resolved so that I can access the [redacted] Robux I bought. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

One day, I was playing Roblox when a friend messaged me about a game that supposedly gave tons of Robux. Despite my initial skepticism, she assured me it was not a scam, so I decided to join her. She was busy convincing everyone about the game's benefits, but deep down, I still had doubts. Unfortunately, after sharing my username and password, I discovered there were no Robux as promised. Later, trying to join another friend's game, I found out the original friend had left. Feeling uneasy, when attempting to log in again, I encountered an error prompting me to sign up. This made me realize I had fallen for a scam. Now, I'm concerned about the security of my account on Roblox and hope for assistance to resolve this issue.

I was recently terminated from ROBLOX for alleged exploiting. However, it was actually my younger brother who was engaging in these activities on my account. While I initially didn't mind, I eventually asked him to stop. I felt the need to step in when I encountered numerous exploiters in a game called Kohls Admin house, disrupting my enjoyment. I resorted to using exploits to maintain order by banning these individuals. To my surprise, I woke up one day to find my account terminated. Despite acknowledging that I broke the rules, I play a significant role in developing unfinished games with other users and groups on the platform. I rely on ROBLOX to connect with communities and showcase my programming skills. Losing all my progress in an instant is disheartening, and I have tried appealing, but the responses seem automated. I hope to regain access to my account, as ROBLOX holds sentimental value to me. My username is Qwoked, and I would appreciate speaking with a human representative to address this issue.

My account Pixi120n was hacked. The associated email [redacted] had my verification code, and the initial security pin was [redacted]. My last payment method was rixyty with paysafecard. I received an email stating that 2-Step Verification was deactivated for my Roblox account. Furthermore, I have received login requests from unfamiliar locations in Romania with verification codes. I believe these messages provide proof that the account belongs to me. Can someone assist me in recovering my account?

At around 12 PM, I decided to revisit a game I hadn't played in a while. Upon joining their Discord server, I encountered a verification bot for Roblox. Using the bot, I inadvertently logged into an old account because I had forgotten the PIN to my main account. I promptly emailed Roblox to reset my PIN and retired to bed as it was late. The next morning, I attempted to log in on my PC, only to realize I had been logged out randomly. After clicking "forgot password" and not receiving the email, I tried multiple times without success. While waiting, I discovered an email about the removal of my 2-Step Verification sent at 3:17 AM, indicating a possible hack. My son's account, puppypuppyp, was recently hacked, and $40,[redacted] worth of special limited items purchased with Roblox gift cards were stolen. We're eager to retrieve his belongings and have already changed the password. It's disheartening to encounter dishonest individuals on Roblox, considering the substantial investment my children make annually on memberships and Robux. I reached out to Roblox support previously, but I just want to confirm if my request was received. A friend is concerned that his account was compromised as he can't access it with his usual password. We attempted to reset the account for "Painfulxsins," but the phone verification code displayed his alternate account name, "I_isjasonvoorhees." Assistance with resetting the password would be greatly appreciated to regain access to the account. Any guidance on how to proceed would be helpful.

Dear Roblox, I created a group called "Cow and Milk Cult" as a light-hearted joke, inspired by a friend's similar group. Upon logging in the next day, I received a warning mentioning potential account termination if I didn't address the group. This alarmed me as I've invested significantly in my account. I don't want to lose it. After researching, I realized the term "cult" might have negative connotations related to shared beliefs, but my group was solely about cows and milk's positive impact on the economy, not anything sinister. One day while playing Roblox, my friend messaged me claiming a game had given her a bunch of Robux. I hesitated, questioning if it was a scam, but with her reassurance, I decided to join her. In the game, she convinced everyone that they could earn Robux, asking for usernames and passwords. Despite my doubts, I trusted her. Later, when I saw no Robux added and tried to reconnect with my friend, she had left the game. Switching to Bloxburg, it asked me to log in, creating fear. I attempted to return to Roblox, only to find I couldn't access my account. When I tried to log in, it repeatedly stated my information was incorrect. I need help to recover my account.

A friend and I were playing on Epic Minigames when a girl started harassing us. She called my friend a disrespectful term and used inappropriate language. After my friend responded, the situation escalated with the girl using more offensive language and accusing us of harassment when we asked her to stop. Despite reporting her multiple times, she continued until finally leaving the game. She also pretended to physically harm me in the game. We would appreciate it if you could look into unbanning my friend and banning the girl who was harassing us. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my account was compromised due to a scam on Roblox that I was not aware of. A person contacted me through Roblox messages claiming to be an admin and threatened to delete my account if I did not join their Discord (cloudwater). Believing the convincing ruse, I engaged in a conversation on Discord about my limited items without understanding. During a screen-sharing session, the scammer somehow exploited me, removing my email, changing my password, and stealing my items, including my valuable Beast Mode. Despite my efforts on the account, it was disheartening to lose it. After researching online, I discovered the same scam under "Roblox Cloudwater," confirming my suspicions. When I confronted the scammer, they persisted with lies. Realizing that others faced similar situations, I knew I needed to seek help. I am reaching out to request assistance from Roblox to recover my account. I have evidence of the scam and can provide more if necessary. Thank you for your help.

ROBLOX, is this how you treat a loyal customer? I have spent over $60 on my items and now I am frustrated! I am requesting the return of my items. User: karly7777 It is evident that this is a troll or a hacker. They even mention in their bio not to ban them "AGAIN," indicating past troubles. I encountered this individual at a trading place where they demanded my hat, which I declined, leading to apparent displeasure from them. Upon my return, I noticed that my hat and most valuable face were missing. The trade did not align with my usual acceptance practices. Furthermore, upon checking later, I discovered that my password had been changed. Although I have regained access to my account, I remain dissatisfied and will take appropriate action. I am brook_kiera and my sister is Nenny_87. We were playing Work at a Pizza Place when BilboBallins, LocalMemeMami, and kendell_baldwin started racially slurring us. Despite reporting them three times, they continue their offensive behavior. BilboBallins, the manager, even asked for personal information. This harassment is intolerable and racist. I contacted the Roblox number but received no response. I request the ability to specifically report racial slurs by tagging "f" and "blacks." Your assistance in this matter is appreciated. Hello, I purchased two $50 gift cards and used the codes on my child's account to buy Robux. The price displayed for $[redacted] Robux was around $70, but I was charged $50 twice. This caused me to miss out on $[redacted] Robux as the actual price for $[redacted] Robux should have been $[redacted], not $[redacted]. Additionally, my child now wants to use the $[redacted] Robux on Xbox One, but it seems we can't use them there because purchases must go through Xbox Game. This is frustrating as the pricing is much higher on Xbox compared to playing online on the phone in Australia. I would appreciate it if something could be done about this issue.

I'm having trouble creating a new account or signing in on Roblox. I've attempted to fix this by restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox, but it's still not working. When I try to create a new account, it redirects me to the login page. Then, when I try to log in, the page just reloads without success. I'd appreciate assistance in resetting the password or resolving this issue. I forgot to add an email to my account initially but now have one to input. I'm also facing hacking problems on two other accounts: Pantehr_bite, Chicken_litmas, and Savage_kid7091. The latter is the account I used most recently. I've tried multiple sites for help without success, hoping for a solution here.
