I fell for a "free robux" event advertised online which led me to a game called *BUX* where I thought I saw Roblox playing. After a human verification test, I unfortunately shared my Roblox password, providing the wrong one initially. The verification passed, but when I checked the next day, I couldn't access my account as the password had been changed. Even my avatar on my test account was altered. I need to regain access to my roblox account under the username the_greatoo. I am willing to assist with any information needed for the recovery process. The game was linked to the group "The Faptovian Empire" allegedly created by dragonbotboy123, whom I doubt was involved. Thank you for providing this platform to address my situation.

After playing 'Sword Fighting Tournament' on Roblox, I encountered two players with racist usernames who were sharing offensive messages. Their usernames contained altered characters to display racist words, and they were using symbols from external websites to bypass filters. I have documented evidence of this behavior and urge the team to take action. Disabling copy and paste features in games could prevent similar incidents. Everyone deserves equal treatment, and such hateful behavior should not be tolerated. Thank you for considering this issue and working towards a more inclusive gaming environment.

A user with the username s3dhours hacked and took control of my daughter's account, jozelyynn. Despite my numerous attempts to contact support, I have not been able to get anyone to assist me. The hacker, s3dhours, threatened to take over the account through messages on Roblox chat. They changed the passwords, email, and set a parental pin, making it impossible for my daughter to access her account. I have all the evidence needed to prove the ownership. The ticket code is [redacted]1. This issue is urgent as my daughter has invested significant time and money into her account. The hacker is now using both my daughter's and their own account simultaneously. The situation is causing me great frustration, and I urgently need assistance to restore the account to my daughter.

Hello, I go by the username Stormy1313 on Roblox. I've been using this account since around [redacted]. Recently, I made two purchases on the platform - one for 80 Robux and another for [redacted] Robux. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where I got logged out while browsing the homepage and haven't been able to log back in. My attempts to recover my account using email or phone number have been unsuccessful. I reached out to Roblox support for assistance, concerned about the money I spent on Robux. My brother lost access to his account in an obby game where the person he friended, whose name starts with brofist, lured him to complete the obby with promises of rewards if he shared his login details. Despite using the same password for months, my brother noticed changes on the character page and suspicions arose. The account name is progameromgso123, and it's worrisome because he has invested a lot of money into gamepasses. He unfortunately did not register an email, so I'm offering my email for contact. I recently returned to playing Roblox after a break, but I'm having trouble accessing my account. My username is okayysydney and I believe my password is sydney07, which is saved on Google. However, whenever I try to log in, it says my username or password is incorrect. Hello Roblox, I encountered an issue while trying to log into my Roblox account to play Adopt Me. When attempting to play Adopt Me, I encountered a login issue with my username "fortnightcat1" displaying an error message stating "username or password is incorrect." I took a break from Roblox without logging out and forgot to add my phone number and email for password recovery. The possible passwords I used were rAymond05, rAymond06, or rAymond5606 due to being hacked previously. I've contacted Roblox for help but can't verify my account as I didn't have an email or phone number linked. My username is THELAW5606, and I had valuable items and a good reputation on my account. My son's Roblox account has been compromised, and the password has been changed, preventing him from accessing it. Hello Roblox, Today while playing Bloxburg, my friend joined and asked me to build her a house. I agreed and gave her money in the game under the condition that she gives me permission to build on her plot. Instead of returning the money, she left and bought a car with it. When I confronted her, she refused to give back the money, unfriended me, and tried to avoid me. I'm hoping for a solution to this situation. My account name is LAVAGIRLSSSS1. I was playing Royale High on my brother's account on June 19, and the next day, when I checked his account, it showed "No Internet Connection." I attempted to log in on my phone but encountered the same issue. Both of us use the same house WiFi. I find it puzzling that his account has this problem when mine works fine. I'm unsure if his account was banned or locked for three days. Strangely, his account is still visible without the three dots that indicate a ban, unlike when a friend is banned. His account name is GoldenCorgiie, but it doesn't show up in searches. I regret that this situation occurred. I'm unsure about what happened and what will transpire next.

On Monday, the 17th, I was contacted by an individual named OSHROX claiming to work in security and handle compromised accounts. He mentioned that my account had been flagged due to an increase in value, which was accurate as I had purchased game cards at Best Buy for Unlimited Items. OSHROX stated he collaborated with an administrator named Cheryl from Roblox's security department. He requested proof of ownership for my account to prevent potential deletion on grounds of fraud. Although hesitant, I cooperated without disclosing sensitive details such as passwords or emails. After altering my password multiple times, I found my Unlimited Items had been traded without my consent to a user named wjasybot. This unauthorized trade occurred after my password adjustment. The assistance deadline for reclaiming items is within 14 days, after which recovery is unlikely. While Roblox may offer compensation for the stolen items' value, complete restoration of my account is improbable. My primary request is the return of the lost items or a refund of the Robux spent. My utmost desire is to retrieve my items promptly.

I spoke with a representative on Tuesday who attempted to reset the password via the email on the account, but the hacker had also changed the email password. I was informed that the ownership department would contact me within 24 hours to verify ownership using the gift cards that were added to the account. I need a human representative to help resolve this issue promptly. I have received only automated responses with ticket codes and reset links that we are unable to access. Yesterday while playing "Tower of Hell", I encountered an individual with the username "arathsama20" who requested to be friends. I accepted, thinking they wanted to play or chat. They thanked me and then invited me to a game called "Free Robux". I realized it was likely a scam, got kicked out, and informed "arathsama20". They claimed they would help but then disconnected me. Unable to message, I exited and returned to Roblox to find I had been logged out, likely hacked. I have reached out to Roblox for assistance but have yet to receive a response. My account is "Lizzie070810" and the hacker's account is "arathsama20".
