On ******** my PayPal account flagged a questionable purchase on Roblox. PayPal contacted Roblox regarding this, and Roblox refunded PayPal the $**.**, and subsequently deleted my child's account (user name: Pannythepineapple). Today, I received an email from PayPal as follows:**From: *****@***.com *mailto:*****@***.com* *Sent: Wednesday, April **, **** *:** PM*To: Walek, MD Walter B*Subject: Case update: PP-I-*********"We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we've determined there was no unauthorized use. **Based on our review, we found this transaction is consistent with your PayPal payment history."**As the payment was in fact NOT UNauthorized, and PayPal's communication with Roblox led to the deletion, I ask you to PLEASE REVERSE YOUR DELETION of the child's account. Apparently the child made a purchase which led to PayPal's investigation. Though we are unclear why this occurred, we do know it was NOT unauthorized.**My cell ***-***-****, if you would please call me with any questions. **Sincerely, **Walter B. Walek, MD
