Hi,*I have a problem my son signed up for roblox his account name is Zackzazaz I purchased several roblox gift cards for him to redeem. The issue is he does not remember his password for his account to login from the website. He is currently logged in by default at all times on his iPad via the roblox app and never had a reason to manually login from the website. When I tried to login in via the website with his username and reset password it asked me for email address. He doesn’t know what email address he used. I then go to his roblox admin page on his app and it asked to add parents email which I did but then it asks for his roblox account password to add parents email which is what he Does not have. Help!!! He doesn’t want to sign up for a new account and lose his history and achievements in the game. How can I login to his account from the website to add the gift card credits that I spent a lot of money for?**Regards,*Ayo Green
