If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Okay so I got hacked on November **th, ****. What happened was at first, I had no idea that anything was happening. Then, out of nowhere, the server had kicked me and said I was playing on a different server. This is when I got confused. I had told nobody my password, and I had not played any of the bad games that ask for your password. I snap chatted my friend Jamie, so she joined the server to see what the hacker was up to, since I could not because it was my own account. At this point, I cannot join any servers. Jamie comes back and tells me she has asked the hacker questions, including that the hackers name is Alexa, she has a dog named Rux, she has no siblings, and her favorite color was yellow. None of these are true about me. So, the hacker had finally left the game and was offline, as Jamie said. So I join my game, Bloxburg, and I go to my house to find it completely ruined. They have put hearts all over the place, and they changed the signs and spent all of my money. They had also spent as much bloxbucks as they could. So now, I would like to know if you can possibly find them, I would like you to. It would be a big help. I also want to know if you can fix everything that they have done. They also changed pictures saying things like,”Hacked” and,”Alexa” and,”$R.” I really hope you can find them and put everything back to normal. Thank you! Please reply to my email ASAP before they do more damage. Thank you so much! **P.S. I did try changing my password many times. That has not worked. **-Olivia Mosher
