I contacted customer service a few weeks ago in hopes of getting a PIN that I did not place on the account xiParissHiltionix removed. In doing this, I managed to seem suspicious enough to have my email unverified and my password changed.**I understand the suspicion when I told them that I didn't have the original email, but I swear on my heart that the account was handed to me by a friend a few years ago, and I've lost contact with her. I only knew her over ROBLOX and she gave me the account because she was planning on 'retiring' from the site. My parents refused to allow me robux, so I was over the moon about getting the account that already had some on there. I can't remember the exact date, but sometime last year my boyfriend purchased me a gift card which I used to purchase TBC, so hopefully that knowledge will be enough information to prove that I owned the account? *I'm terribly sorry that I'm making you read all that. I really am just concerned about loosing the account, because I have so many years of progress on there and it has sentimental value due to being my escape from anxiety over that time.**I'm not exactly willing to start over, and it's been causing me immense stress over the past few weeks.**I hope that something can be done?
