My son payed for robux and they did not go on to his account.this has past from roblox codes and we haven't done anything about it because I am not sure how to use this site and game. He said also that his account continually resets therefore he has to set up different accounts and when he deletes the*old account it continues to stay around. I bought him *** robux last night and it went to another account called robux roblox that he previously deleted. Can he get help to transfer these transfers. I am getting very distressed at this stage dealing with something I have no clues about. Please help.
