System is flawed. I paid twice for *** robux ($*.** twice). When I paid the first time I thought it didn't go through because the account showed * robux, and the waiting (wheel) just kept spinning and spinning. So I clicked out and tried again and payment went through twice and still no robux. So i contacted them (Xsolla) and they contacted Roblox and I got ***. However, I didn't know payment went through twice, my bank verified this information today and I showed that info to xsolla and roblox and they still refuse to pay a refund for $*.** or *** robux. They show I got *** robux and used them all. That is correct, however, i paid TWICE!!! Xsolla won't verify that info and so I am taking this to the authorities now as fraud and theft.
