Hello Roblox, I am reaching out because my friend's account under the username "sapphir384" has been compromised. Another user by the name of "gamingwithjustin_98" accessed her account without authorization. This individual alleged that she was unfaithful to him in an online relationship, which she denied as she is not involved in such activities. Despite her explanation that she was only communicating with her cousin, Justin did not believe her and proceeded to hack into her account. He not only removed items from her inventory but also added his email address to her account, which she did not have before. We are at a loss on how to handle this situation and have decided to seek assistance from Roblox. We are hopeful that you can help us regain control of her account named "sapphir384." While playing Welcome To Bloxburg, I was approached by a user offering free Robux, to which I provided my Login Info. Subsequently, my Robux balance dropped to 0, contradicting my regular nightly earnings. After realizing my error, I attempted to halt any transactions by leaving the game, but the unauthorized purchases continued. Investigating my transactions, I discovered the individual not only accessed my account but also bought a t-shirt matching the amount of missing Robux. Recognizing I have been hacked, I seek assistance to regain control of my account by either removing the perpetrator or changing my password. Unfortunately, I am unaware of the account pin necessary for these actions.

I am uncertain about the concept of appeal and if this note will be received, but I want to clarify that I am not upset about being banned, and I am not seeking to be unbanned.
On a different note, I have reflections to express. Following the use of exploits in Roblox games and subsequent banning, I have come to a realization. It was unjust to other players and detracted from their enjoyment. Although I played for fun, my actions hindered others from having a similar experience. Initially, I underestimated the impact, but after prolonged use of exploits, my perspective has shifted. It was unkind and inappropriate. I appreciate the 24-hour ban imposed. It served as a wakeup call. I commit to refraining from cheating in the future.

I had [redacted] Robux in my account, which suddenly disappeared. I last logged in to Roblox on 5/31/18 and upon logging back on 7/18/18, I noticed my Robux balance was at 0. Checking my transactions, I found one from 6/12/18 that I did not authorize. The transaction was for [redacted] Robux made by a deleted group named "Atocute Triangle." I am unsure how this occurred or if my account was compromised. I kindly request the return of [redacted] Robux to my account and am committed to enhancing my account security going forward. I made an error when creating my Roblox account. I put a lot of time into a game on Roblox, but I cannot play it because my account is restricted from playing Experimental Games unless I am friends with the creator. Many other Roblox players are currently playing it. In my Roblox account settings, it shows my birthdate as December 20, [redacted]. I didn't realize I made my account so young, and I believe that's the issue. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. My Roblox username is "meatheadfrred." I am 15 years old and my actual birthdate is August 10, [redacted]. I would like it changed so I can access that specific server. I have had my account hacked three times by a user named Josh_PvP. The first time, he spent 50 R$ on a bikini. The second time, he deleted most of my event items. On the third occasion, he changed my password. I thought I had secured my account after the first two hacks by changing my password and activating two-step verification, but he still managed to access my account and bypass the security measures. I attempted to recover my password via email, but this was unsuccessful. I am requesting the return of all my items, a refund of my robux, and for Josh_PvP to be permanently banned. As a licensed Police Officer in Texas, I have a pressing issue to address regarding my son's experience with your game. Despite being a loyal paying customer, my son has been subject to repeated harassment by a user called "Awesomecoolshadow234." This user has used admin commands to target my son with derogatory comments and unjust game bans. This behavior violates laws within the game and must be rectified for my son to continue enjoying the game.

I often spend money on Roblox for my 9-year-old son. While I usually set limits on his spending, today, for his birthday, I allowed him to buy an expensive item, the Super Admin for Keon Air, costing 3,[redacted] Robux, approximately £44. I was shocked to find out that he was banned from the game for 12 months due to command abuse just a few hours later. This seems unjust as he was not aware of the consequences and is now very upset. I would appreciate it if this ban could be lifted, or if a refund of the Robux or the initial payment to the Apple App Store could be arranged. Recently, I noticed that my account has been restricted from playing many games because I am not friends with the creator. This is disappointing as now many good games are inaccessible. I was devastated to learn that my favorite game, "Arcane Adventures," was removed. It had 293k favorites and 39M visits, and losing it took away cherished memories. I hope that the game, along with others affected by this update, can be brought back. Many people, like me, are upset by this change and some are even considering quitting Roblox because of it. The removal of "Arcane Adventures" and other games has had a significant impact on the community, and it would mean a lot to see them restored.

On Tuesday, July 24th, a player with the username "panasonico" approached my child on a game, asking to borrow her "Silver King of the Night Crown" for a week. Despite my daughter's username being "pinksushio," she agreed to the trade but refused to provide her login details. After the trade was completed, the scammer blocked my daughter, keeping the crown. I have screenshots of the interaction but unable to attach them here. I have been struggling to get assistance from Roblox customer support via email regarding my son's hacked account. He is unable to access it due to a pin set up by the hacker. Despite providing receipts dating back to August [redacted], showing my purchases, iTunes account, and the associated email, Roblox insists on the very first receipt from June [redacted] to prove ownership. While playing with my friend "destroyer," I received a notification that I had logged in from a different device, which did not happen. Just before being removed, I noticed someone else using my account to send messages to my friends. The message I recall contained the words "free account mine. Pas" directed towards "restez" and "esca." I believe the issue stemmed from sharing my password while playing a game on Roblox called "ROBLOX Awards [redacted] [July-August]." I am encountering issues trying to access my son's Roblox account after he had trouble logging in on his Xbox One. When I attempt to log in, it keeps showing "username or password incorrect." Furthermore, when I try to reset the password, it states that the email address is not recognized. The username linked to the account is "flyingkickya", which is also the Xbox Gamertag my son was using. He is upset because he invested Robux in this account and has now lost access. Upon searching for the account, I noticed the username, but the clothing on the account is different, indicating a possible hack.
