I have been experiencing multiple instances of hacking on my Xbox account. Items have been removed from my inventory, friends have been deleted, some have been blocked, and my avatar has been changed without my permission. Despite changing my password daily, setting up 2-step verification, and having a PIN, the hackers are still accessing my account. I had over 50 outfits that were also deleted. I am requesting assistance in investigating this matter through an IP address hack for the account DarkAngelHeart2014. I reside in Port Colborne, Ontario, and would like any other suspicious IP addresses banned, except for my close friends in Simsbury, Connecticut, and Tallahassee, Florida. I received emails requesting a verification code from Alberta, which is concerning.

My Roblox account is currently at risk. I was playing Shinobi Life when I encountered a user named Marrch52008Indo offering me Robux, which led me to share my account information with them. Upon returning from doing chores, I found out my password was no longer working. I attempted to create a new account but noticed the hacker changing my avatar's appearance to a girl's. I followed their actions closely but kept hitting dead ends. I attempted to warn my friend Jeremy909555 by joining a game called Pokemon Universe; however, the game required my account to be at least 2 weeks old. There seems to be an issue with the system. I paid for [redacted] Robux twice ($9.95 each time). Initially, my account displayed 0 Robux, so assuming the first payment did not go through, I tried again, resulting in a double charge with no Robux. After contacting Xsolla, they liaised with Roblox, and I eventually received the [redacted] Robux. Today, my bank confirmed the double payment, which I showed to Xsolla and Roblox. However, they refuse to refund $9.95 or the extra [redacted] Robux, claiming that I utilized them all. While this is true, I insist that I paid TWICE. Xsolla is unwilling to acknowledge this error, prompting me to escalate the matter as fraud and theft to the authorities.

A user named iiOmq_Exchila was displaying rude behavior towards other players, using inappropriate language despite being asked to stop. Despite efforts from me and a friend to intervene, the behavior continued and escalated. Eventually, for the safety of the other players, we had to cease our attempts to reason with him. He dismissed our concerns and was disrespectful, even after being warned and asked to stop. I reached out to his friend, who also agreed that his behavior was unacceptable and unfriended him. I request that this situation be addressed promptly to prevent further issues in the future. I hope to receive an update on the actions taken regarding this matter through email. Yesterday, on 03/08/18, I tried to buy [redacted] Robux for my daughter's account, Princesssmartypants7. After entering my debit card information, the order couldn't go through. I tried five times but received the same error. Today, I found out that I was charged for five transactions totaling [redacted] Robux. However, my daughter's Roblox account doesn't show any credits. This isn't the first time I've had issues with your payment page. I'm very unhappy about this and need a prompt resolution. I hope to hear from you soon. I'd like to share that my friend "TrustIssued" and my friend's cat are both being unbanned as they mistakenly used the cat's (Chance) card without ill intentions. Over time, integrity has been crucial to me, and I made sure to communicate that although I was unaware of the ban situation prior, it was a miscommunication. Despite sending three emails, the responses seem repetitive and generic. ROBLOX has been my sole gaming platform since [redacted], and my days feel incomplete without it. I purchased seven first-class tickets to Honolulu for 6/28/18. Upon arrival at CVG airport, we were informed that we missed our flight due to check-in closing 45 minutes prior to boarding. American Airlines put us on standby for flights through ORD and LAX to HNL. Most seats were in Economy, except for the leg from ORD. We experienced First Class on the return trip, and it was a wonderful experience. This trip was in celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary in Hawaii. Being a retired veteran with 28 years of service in the U.S. Army, this trip held significant meaning for me. We chose first-class seats for the extra space, especially for our daughter with special needs. Despite being three minutes late, we encountered a senior agent at CVG who was rather rude, unlike the kind agent named Chantel.

Subsequently, I realized the importance of setting up a PIN. Upon refreshing the page, I discovered I had been logged out. After contacting my cousin via Skype, I learned that her account was also compromised by someone requesting Robux. My hacked account is WhyIlovefn_af, while my cousin's is IISyukiii. Although the hacker may no longer have access to my cousin's account, mine, with the username MaranixYT, remains compromised. I value the friendships I had on that account and wish for its recovery. I suspect my cousin's email is [redacted] I hope that the perpetrator can be identified and my account can be restored to me.

A friend of mine, Matty, was hacked a while back and he's been desperate to get his account back. Here's what happened: While playing Lumber Tycoon, someone asked for his password in exchange for free Robux. Matty, realizing it was a prank, gave a fake password. Despite this, his account got hacked the next day, causing him great distress and leading him to stop playing Roblox. He now rarely goes online. The hacked account is "mattycoolcat," the current account he's using is "mattycoolcathacked," and the hacker's account is "gyan16fortree." The hacker's YouTube account is "HyperGyan." My friend Matty recently had his account hacked, causing him great distress as he cherished his account. While he was playing Lumber Tycoon, someone joined and tried to trick him into giving away his password for the promise of free Robux. Despite recognizing this as a scam, Matty decided to play along with fake passwords. Unfortunately, the next day, he realized he had been hacked. Recently, my account was compromised. I received an automated email two days ago at 7:00 PM stating that two-step verification was deactivated on my account without my knowledge. I need help with my YouTube account that was hacked. I often use it for roleplaying, and it has been compromised. I tried to recover it by entering my email and old password, but it didn't work. Without the group, the game cannot be moderated or updated properly. I urge the team to reconsider and unban the owner and their group.
