Hello,**I want to appeal for my ROBLOX account that got terminated, the username was: Shenpai. I understand the offenses i've done were completely justified on your end, although that is not the case at all. I've previously bought a BC membership using my mothers credit card for Builders Club thinking it was a one time thing. I wasn't aware of ROBLOX charging my account automatically each month - I thought it was just a one time membership. Although, later on my mom realized she got charged again and I was confused. I told her to call ROBLOX to remove the monthly membership from being charged off of her account* in which is what she did. The next day I log into my account and see that I was falsely terminated, I did not violate ROBLOX's regulations and terms of service whatsoever and all of this was a coincidental mishap. I hope this can be worked out, thank you. P.S I've called ROBLOX to address this issue and still no response or contact back. Please help me get my account back somehow.***Sincerely **J. Glover
