I was trying to find out who to get in touch with and how to get a reimbursement for the tours we paid for and weren't able to use because we had to cancel our trip for medical reasons ... the doctor advised my wife I to cancel our cruise ****** - reservation * ******* on the serenade of the seas departing Stockholm, Sweden departing july **, ****. through cruise planner we reserved * tickets for city highlights & pushkin tour $***.** ca. , * tickets for grand palace & fountains tour $***.** CA. , * TICKETS walking tour & visit the spilled blood church $***.** ca.*we were told once the trip was cancelled we would receive a credit in full for not having taken these tours.*as yet we haven't received these credits. could you please let me know why we haven't received it?
this was frustrating because we couldn't get any answers from anyone
I finally was able to get through and talk with Yua on august ** who said she would refund the money to our account so I am waiting until it comes through
this would have been our third or fourth cruise with RCI dating back to **** on the Nordic Prince
