I would like to portal my QLink Wireless phone number to another non-government cellular provider. Hold times are outrageous. Sometimes * hours for the first agent to verify my account information and then transfer me to a technician. That is another * hour hold time.
GetHuman-cyndigow did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.

I looked at my QLINK online account. I discovered that my account number was my cell phone number and the PIN number was the code I created when setting up my account. They use it as a quicker way to confirm my identity without entering all my personal information. I did not want to call them for that information because of their ridiculous hold times. One time I was on hold for an hour and a half. That was just to have an agent to verify my information and ask my question. It took less than ** minutes. I was the on hold for nearly two hours. This last time a couple days ago, I spoke to someone for ** minutes. He was no help. They had sent me a sim card for *G and unlimited data. I put it in and now I am unable to make or receive calls or texts. The *G is not available in my area yet. He suggested I go somewhere it is available to use my phone. Two agents told me the same thing.
