GetHuman-mizjacks did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-mizjacks fixed the problem
I needed to talk to a rep about my lifeline plan. The sim card I got works and still says I'm approved but the automated system says my plan has been canceled. I was trying to figure out what to do. I FINALLY just called LifeLine and that rep got a live person from qlink for me. Then I find out that my birthdate is off by * number too! So I had to go back into qlink and reapply with a different email which I did.
