I'm having problems and confusion with my account. Basically, I'm a new qlink customer, at least in the sense of being accepted. However, they want $** right now before I can get my cell. I just moved into anew place and I'm extremely broke this month. Usually, if you qualify you get at last your *st cell free. Then if something happens to your phone after that, then you have to pay for it and not get another free one. I've never even got my *st phone yet, and I don't have a cell of my own I could use for the bring your own phone thing. I receive SSI checks monthly, I'm on medical insurance, and I also revive SNAP benefits. Can I please get my cell phone for free, because I read in terms and conditions, the fine print* that your *st cell is free, and even if something happens to your cell, it states qlink understands that some thimes things happen that you can't control. And states that it would cover at least * time if you had to replace the *st one. I'm not trying to do that by any means. I just wanted to ask if I could have my *st initial phone free, and Lloyd make sure nothing happens to that one. Is that possible?
