I reached out to start a new service with Qlink Wireless. I completed most of the online application but need help with the verification number. When calling customer service to input the number, the automated recording was not helpful. I have the verification number ready to activate the service. Every time I contact customer service, it states my phone number is already connected to a service, but I need to start fresh with a new number. Please call me at [redacted] to assist with setting up the new service. Thank you.

I have contacted you several times regarding issues with my phone. It heats up, drops calls, and won't charge properly. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received any help. The device is not a QLink phone as you claim. The phone keeps showing an error message about the Launcher stopping. I urgently need a new battery and support to resolve these ongoing problems. I rely on my phone for communication and can't afford dropped calls. I am disappointed by the lack of response from your customer service. Please address this matter promptly.

I recently purchased a $25 replacement phone, which arrived after a 3-month delay. Unfortunately, the phone has glitches and does not work properly. After only 2 to 3 weeks of limited service, qlink discontinued my service under the false claim that I was deceased. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I have been unable to speak with anyone as their system does not allow direct communication. I have verified with the SSA that I am indeed alive and even have documentation to provide qlink, but they have not responded to instruct me on what to do next. I rely on qlink's service due to my eligibility based on being on HUD, receiving food stamps, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security Disability, and having a low income. I demand a prompt explanation and a refund of $25. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will report qlink's misconduct to the appropriate authorities.

I've attempted to reach out to both customer service and tech support using the provided phone numbers for assistance with my phone issues. Despite going through all the troubleshooting steps offered, I am unable to connect to my data to complete the activation process when trying to reset or update my profile. I am eager to discuss this matter with a representative to help resolve the problem as replacing the phone is not a viable option for me at the moment.

I lost my phone, and when I reached out to Qlink, I was informed that I had supposedly switched to a different provider which is false. I suspect someone is using my information to obtain a phone. I have been attempting to speak with a representative over the phone to clarify the situation but have been unsuccessful. It has been close to a month without a phone now. I have always been satisfied with Qlink and have not changed my provider. I am interested in obtaining a new phone, and given the circumstances, I am unsure if there will be a cost involved. I am hopeful that Qlink can send me a replacement phone.

I have been subscribing to the unlimited service plan, and my usage has consistently been below the newly increased [redacted]-minute limit. I was unaware of this monthly allowance increase from [redacted] to [redacted] minutes. I kindly request a credit for the months where I did not exceed the [redacted]-minute limit. Additionally, I would appreciate a credit towards a new device as my current one has a cracked screen. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, TJK

I submitted an application but was asked for proof of identity. After sending all the required documents and seeing each category marked as approved, I was expecting my phone to be shipped soon with a tracking number to follow. However, despite everything being approved, I haven't received any updates. When I contacted customer service, they still claim they couldn't verify my identity. I urgently need this phone for work and to stay in touch with family. I just hope someone can review my submitted information and assist me promptly. My name is Robin Sue Mitchell, born on 05/18/[redacted], and my social security number is [redacted]-02-[redacted]. Thank you for your help.

Enrollment ID: [redacted]6 Name: D. Miles My Status: Lifeline Reactivation Eligible I have been a member of Life Wireless for several years. Recently, my phone stopped working and Life Wireless no longer provides service in my area, so they cannot replace my phone. Due to this, I switched to Q Link to get new service along with a new phone since they are the only ones who offer service in my location now. My nephew recommended Q Link to me as he also got a phone from them a few months ago. Being disabled, I am in urgent need of a phone and cannot afford to purchase one. While I was approved for service by Q Link, I was not approved for a phone at this time, which is essential as I have no use for the service without a phone. If there is any assistance you can provide, please reach out to me. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, D. Miles

I applied for a Q Link Wireless phone about a month ago. When I checked the status of my account, it showed approved and stated that my phone would be sent shortly. I was told to expect email updates. However, after tracking and checking my email, I received nothing. Finally, I got an email requesting that I call a different number to confirm my identity. I uploaded two more identity documents: my social security card (front and back) and driver's license (front and back). Afterwards, I was instructed to call another number. When I called, it turned out to be a fax machine. How can I speak to a representative on the phone?

I've been using my ZTE phone for more than three years now, and unfortunately, it has stopped functioning. I contacted customer service to purchase a new phone, but I couldn't get through and they are asking for $35, which I can't afford as I am currently unemployed. My current phone just says "dialing" for about thirty seconds and then disconnects whenever I try to make a call. I will need to discontinue my service with my current provider and look for a new company that offers a free phone.

Tomorrow I won't have access to my work email, and my phone's Gmail app isn't working. Please contact me via Qlink phone at home or at work at [redacted] and ask for Sue on Thursday. I've tried calling from different numbers, including my work and father's Verizon phone, but I kept getting identified as a Qlink phone caller. I'm frustrated with having issues on my phones consecutively. Here are the problems I'm facing: - frequent restarts and full power offs - Gmail app not functioning - inability to save new contact numbers - unresponsive apps like Chrome, Contacts, and Calendar - message delays on messenger - storage space running out - delayed text message notifications - inability to perform backup and reset due to space issues - system update download failure due to space constraints I urgently need these problems fixed as I’ve had persistent issues with two phones in a row.

I received a Qlink phone that won't hold a charge. I suspect it was delivered in sub-zero weather which may have caused the battery issues. The call quality is poor, the buttons are unresponsive, and inappropriate images appear on the screen. There are children in the household, and this is unacceptable. Despite no one using the phone, it sends random texts and seems to be tracking activities. This phone is intended for foster children and should be reliable. It seems faulty and I am dissatisfied with the service and performance.

I called to set up a service, they asked for a verification number which I provided, but I actually needed a Q number. I ended up with a Q number Q95 [redacted] - [redacted]. Trying to reach a representative, but keep getting directed to a computer. My name is Rusty Williams, my phone number is [redacted]. I was told to provide the Q number to proceed with setting up a new service and have a phone sent to me. Whenever I call, it indicates I switched services, but I am trying to set up a new service and receive a phone. The representative I spoke to previously asked for the Q number to proceed with the service. Please contact me back promptly. Thank you.

I had an issue with my Qlink phone, and when I visited the food stamp office in my town, the man outside offering free government phones said I could get a new phone without losing my Qlink service or number. However, I later discovered he had switched me to Assurance Wireless with a different number without my consent. I only wanted a new phone, not a new service provider. I would like to revert to Qlink with my original number. I have been a loyal Qlink customer and wish to remain with them. Please assist me in resolving this matter. Here is my Assurance Wireless account number: [redacted]04. Thank you.

I am having trouble sending text messages to Qlink to explain the issues with my phone. On the first day of use, I was speaking with my physician about important lab results when my phone's message machine kept asking me to set up my email, causing me to miss part of the call. Additionally, when I press the keys on the phone, they sometimes do not register or stick, requiring me to remove the battery. I reached out to Qlink, and they offered to replace the phone with a Samsung smartphone for $35, which I cannot afford due to being on a state program. I see advertisements for free smartphones when signing up for Qlink, but it seems unfair to charge existing customers for replacements. I would appreciate assistance with my issue as the phone I have is not meeting my needs effectively. Thank you. Sincerely, Leigh Ann Bender. [redacted] / [redacted]

Hi there, My mom purchased a ZTE Blade Force for me last week, and it arrived on Wednesday. Initially, there were no issues, but then the internet connection started dropping. I tried a hard reset as suggested online, but now I can't access my emails which are needed for Google verification. I've had a similar problem with a previous LG Tribute phone, and I don't want this new phone to become useless. I have the phone's ID or model number from the pamphlet. Please let me know if you can assist me in recovering the email information on the phone. Below is my mom's email for any correspondence. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I purchased a phone from Qlink and it was shipped through UPS. Although the USPS Post Office showed that it arrived, I never received it due to a winter storm. After contacting the post office, they couldn't locate the package. UPS was unable to provide any help. Despite multiple attempts to contact Qlink, I only reached automated services. I requested an email response but received only tracking details. I urgently need to speak with a representative to resolve this issue and either receive a refund or have the phone delivered. The situation has persisted for a couple of months, and I am extremely frustrated.

I submitted an application for my mother, Gloria Torres, using my phone number. Since she lives in San Antonio, Texas with my sister, I can't submit her documents. She asked me to cancel her application as my sister will handle it. Consequently, I tried to apply for myself to get a free phone due to my SSI disability, Medicaid, and food stamps. However, when calling Q Link, the automated system indicates that my number is linked to my mother's application, preventing me from applying. I've reached out to Q Link's customer service and sent three emails, but haven't received any response. I'm hoping they can call me back at [redacted] so I can resolve this issue. My name is Ernesto Torres Jr.

My Android cell was taken by an ex-roommate, and I am unable to afford a new one at the moment. I was looking into purchasing a new cheap, compatible cell phone to use with Q Link Wireless. I have already exchanged one phone for the current one following the instructions from Q Link's recordings. I received the original one from Walmart as a gift. I cannot afford a monthly cell phone expense currently. I am looking for guidance on which provider to switch to and which exact cell phone to buy to ensure compatibility before my prepaid card expires in about three weeks. I suspect someone might be using my stolen Android under my name, and if so, I will take legal action. I believe individuals like Barb S., Jade N., or Donald L. could be the ones using it through Q Link. I understand the seriousness of this issue and am eager to speak to a customer representative to explore my options. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a live person in the past several months despite multiple attempts.

I've had difficulty reaching you. Despite my emails, your response directed me to call your phone number, [redacted]–[redacted]. I attempted multiple calls yesterday and today but couldn't connect with a representative. Your email stressed the importance of speaking to a representative. Please provide a functional phone number for me to receive assistance. The number provided in the email is ineffective. I'm frustrated as I paid $59.95 for a Q link phone yet the process remains incomplete though you've deducted the money. You claim my service is terminated, which is confusing and unsatisfactory. My ID number is [redacted]5 and my name is Dylan Jarvis, born in [redacted]. The deduction was made from my Fifth Third bank account on March 31, [redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response. Thank you.
