I have received * messages from them saying their team will review and respond in * to * business days. They never do. They sent me a phone with no sim card so I have no cellular service. They have emailed me * times asking why I am not using my service. I have answered them each time but they are doing NOTHING to fix the problem. my enrollment number is ********. Phone number is **********. My name is Lynn Eagle. They certainly have a terrible customer service department.
