I have had nothing but trouble with the phone I received from Q-Link and after making numerous calls from another phone, I had service restored to a phone, that is totally inoperable and cannot even charge the phone up. What I would like, is for Q-Link to honor this request under the circumstances I had mentioned and cannot use the phone I have, to send me a replacement phone free of charge and restore my minutes to that new phone, so I have a phone that is operating to use. I feel, that if this Federally operated phone service, should uphold to their standards of providing a service for which they are in business for and in conjunction with the Federal Government, that they are partnered with. If I cannot be provided with a new phone free of charge, Q-Link leaves me no option to contact my Congressman whom will handle this matter.
