I lost my phone call then they had me cancel my phone told me to call back in ** hours I didn't wasn't able to cuz I couldn't get you a phone for about couple weeks I lost a customer service number where I can talk to somebody live now it's all automated and I can't resolve the issue I have a thousand minutes on there they told me and cannot talk to anyone
