I keep getting botherd by q-link to recertify but I want to go with another company because q-link has no customer service. You sent me a defective ZTE smartphone right out of the box in which was supposed to have a warranty. So, I'm taking my business to airvoice wireless. Thanks for nothing but it will be a cold day in **** before I give q-link $**.** to replace a phone that never even worked, hence that's why I never use the piece of garbage as my minute usage will show you...

To be honest they never fixed anything. It is next to imposible to speak with a living Human every since I made the mistake of trusting Q-link's false claims. I find it rather ironic that they have driven me crazy by email, texts, and cell calls but ignored from day* of getiing my so called smart phone that was defective out of the with a faux warranty and then had the nerve to try to sell me another one for $**.** ! I know people who have Q-link in my Apt complex who have zero problems but it's the garbage cells they ship to people that counts. There is no quality control on the phones they send you so I took my business elsewhere. Good luck...
