Get my account services back up and working ... My phone all the sudden stopped working an hour ago and when I tried making a call out from it I got a recorded message saying that my phone has been suspended for inactivity which is completely wrong I just got this phone and have only had it for one month
I just got this phone in the mail last month and activated it and have only had use of it for about one month total when i am already having to deal with problems and not getting access or use of my account services
They will have to get my phone account and services turned back on immediately
I might be a new customer yet i am a loyal person whom gives everyone more than one chance to do right by me
I cant even reach a live person through *** on my handset cause it wont give that as an option and continues to run me in circles over and over agsin
I have an issue with Q Link Wireless too
