Help with my Q Link Wireless issue

Q Link Wireless's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-ramossor a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-ramossor's own words
To see if I could talk to someone to see if they could fix the issues ... My phone is having technical issues not allowing to make calls out*in. Not allowing text messages to go out*in. Screen going black, and firing unexpectedly when not even really using it. Dies within half a day from being fully charged. I have done factory reset. And the phone will not still work properly.
Having an automated person only fix basic issues.
I believe since it's a technical problem i should not have to pay for a replacement since this was a replacement and had technical problems since the day I received it with screen going black and unable to answer phone calls or it calling people when I did not click on them. I myself did not damage it, loose it, or allow phone to get stolen
