Already discribed in debth! Waiting for sim card for BYOP was promised by Skyler that service would not be interrupted on existing Qlink phone until sim card arrived. Spoke with Skyler on *******. Service disrupted on ******. When I dial out it says "account could not be validated". If someone dial in it goes to voicemail. If someone text or I text it is simply not received. I am very disabled and live alone. I was promised, PROMISED that my service would not be interupted until sim card arrived and I placed it in my BYOP.
GetHuman829449 did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.
