After applying for a phone and service with qlink, I received the phone on ******* and activated it on ********. They have recently been phoning me w*a recorded msg telling me I need to recertify to keep my phone and service. Qlink's site states the current phone contract that I have lasts for one year* also I was told after receiving and activating the phone that I am locked with them for one year and can not cancel or go else where. It has been less than * months and are demanding that I re-certify. If I do that, I will be locked in for an additional year. This company does not provide any contact with a live person. I have sent * emails regarding this issue and there has been no response from qlink. Do I have any options, if so, what are they?
