I am calling( texting) Because you basically' have no customer, service to help your client's* *ustomer's. I am calling Again about the locking of my phone entry...which had to been done by Qlink itself! Anyone reading this post I strogo urge against you buying one of said phone's* you will be sorry you did!!! They dont return calls from customer's, even their free phone's are not worth the trouble you surely will experiancing experiance. The free well federal program phone they sent me was in someone elses name i am still reciving calls and text for someone other Thanx myself! I have explained about this repeatedly for over a week. But when i call they tell you they know who i am the they ask for my birthdate,and when you do they tell you that isnt, correct this is all a recording. You cant ever speak to a human but If i dont speak to Or text amy one they will shut off your phone! I have this govt paid phone ,Because I Have abad heart and lung's
