Multiple times on December **th **** I attempted to contact Public Storage. I was moving out of my unit and needed to set a date to end our contract. Despite my repeated attempts, I could not establish contact with the company or any other their employees. I believe it to be on January *th, I traveled to the storage company to resolve this absurdity and inform them I had moved out of my unit by the **st. The employee stated I was already charged the monthly fee and also I was being charged a $** late fee. After explaining to the young lady I had already cleared out my unit (before the *st) and had been trying to get in contact with someone to no avail. She agreed I was not at fault, then requested to remove the late fee. She then informed me she is unable to credit back the monthly charge and I needed to speak to customer service to resolve these unfair charges. I am contacting you in regards to fully removing all incured charges and crediting the full amount to my account. This is a time sensitive issue and requires your foremost attention please. Thank you for your time and attention regarding this matter.
