If I want to terminate my unit this month, what is the date I need to let the manager know that I will be removing my personal items?
To terminate your unit, you must provide notice at least 15 days before the end of the month in which you plan to vacate. Please remove all your items and notify the manager accordingly within this period.

my payment is not showing on my bill
It may take a little while for your payment to be reflected on your bill. Generally, online payments are updated immediately; however, payments made in-person or via phone might take some time due to manual processing. Also, there's a possibility of slight delays over weekends or holidays. If you've waited for a reasonable time and the payment is still not showing, there could be an error or issue which needs to be addressed. We recommend you to directly contact your local Public Storage facility or their customer service number for assistance in this matter.
