My service with public mobile stopped working. I enrolled in the new plan $** effective Apr *, **** (unlimited talk and text with *GB data) and was on vacation during that time (hence didn't used PM service), I only realized that the plan isn't working after returning to Toronto today from my vacation. It has always worked before my vacation when I was still under the $** plan (unlimited talk and text with * GB). **There is no more balance on my account except for a $** credit. There is no more balance owing. The balance on the account shows $** balance FUND (meaning it's a credit and not a debit). **Please help fix this asap because this is quite frustrating that I cant find a solution on the Community and there is no customer service available for assistance. I will leave public mobile if this cannot be fixed soon.
