On December *th, I order several vouches of different sizes, amounts and types, adding up to just under $***. When I tried checcking to see when these vouchers would expire, the info on that page of cyber week offers said all cyber vouchers had no expiration date. However, once I made my purchases, it showed that ALL of them expire in March of ****. I already have two books to finish by that time. I would not have purchased these books if they expired in March. I either need a complete refund, (your website says you offer a full refund for vouchers purchased directly from your website within * business days. However, I have not been able to even get any assistance to resolve this in * days. I tried to call at *:** MST and got a recording that said business hours were over, even though on the same recording it says you're open until *:** EST. It WAS during business hours. I recievedd an email apologizing for the wait in answering but in the meantime, here's some common issues and their answers....well, I read all that before I even sent my email. I need a live body to resolve this.
