Printer Pix offers custom made merchandise using your pictures. If you have received an item from Printer Pix and it arrived in a damaged condition, you may be able to return the item and get a refund, a replacement item, or at least credit toward another order.

Printer Pix's Refund Policy

To receive a refund for personalized merchandise which is damaged, or different from what was ordered, you need to contact Printer Pix's online Customer Support and provide them with evidence of the damage. You may be required to return the product as well.

Printerpix will not take responsibility for if your photos were poorly printed or the wrong size product was delivered.

Even if Printer Pix will not issue a refund, they may still replace the item for you.

Applying for a Refund or Replacement

  1. Take a picture of the damaged item.
  2. Go to Printer Pix's home page.
  3. Click on the Account link in the page's upper right corner.
  4. Sign in to your account.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  6. Click on the Contact Us link under the Customer Care header.
  7. Click on the pink "leave us a message" link in the bottom right corner of the page.
  8. Send a message to customer support about why you need a refund.
  9. Once a support representative replies to you, send them the picture you took of the damaged item, if requested.
  10. If you are asked to return the item, get a delivery receipt from the post office when you make the return. Printer Pix will not accept responsibility for items that were lost in the shipment.
