I have been attempting to contact the 1-[redacted] number multiple times within business hours over the last few weeks to address the replacement of 2 defective ornaments. Despite sending an email with pictures attached regarding (#[redacted]7 and #[redacted]1) to Printerpix, Enquiry #[redacted], there has been no confirmation about the replacement of the ornaments. The phone message continues to state that the office is closed even during business hours. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of when the office will reopen, or if there is an alternative phone number available to reach a representative. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered six different blankets for Christmas, but received two of the same blanket and did not receive blanket #6. I sent an email to customer service on 12/21, including pictures of the incorrect duplicates and the missing blanket from their website. They received the pictures as they are hosted on p18.zdusercontent.com. Despite this, I only received computer-generated responses. I reiterated the issue on 12/27 and 01/01, providing the order number in the subject line. The lack of proper response has left a grandchild without their blanket and me dissatisfied. I am in urgent need of the missing blanket.

I purchased a wooden puzzle on December 10, [redacted], and noticed I was double-charged on my card statement. I attempted to seek assistance through the customer service portal, but the "Help" link was unresponsive. When I called, the automated message stated the office was closed, despite it being within the listed operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. I placed an order on Dec 25 (order #[redacted]0) for two personalized dog blankets using a Living Social voucher. The blankets were meant to be a gift and sent to another address. Only one blanket arrived on Jan 4. I attempted to contact Printerpix by phone but was left on hold for over an hour with no response. I then sent an email and received a ticket #[redacted] with a promise to investigate the issue within two business days, but I have not heard back. Despite my follow-ups, there has been no resolution. I hope to receive the missing blanket soon, as having only one is not ideal for the gift I intended.

I purchased two Groupons and have been attempting to redeem them for more than a month. However, when I preview the canvas, the edges appear pink instead of showing the picture wrapped around the canvas as expected. I engaged in a live chat with customer service, which turned out to be extremely frustrating as it lasted two and a half hours. Despite the lengthy chat session, I was eventually disconnected before receiving a proper solution. The responses given were dismissive and unhelpful. The only information I gathered was that the edges may end up being white. My emails to your company received generic responses that did not address my specific concern. Additionally, my calls were made during business hours but the system stated it was after hours when I tried to contact you. I am now considering requesting a refund for the two Groupons and taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of efficient customer service.

I've been attempting to use my Groupon voucher for days without success due to an error code. The issue persists, hindering me from proceeding with my book project. Despite trying the live chat and sending emails, I have not received a prompt resolution. The responses have been delayed, offering only apologies and generic replies. Even the customer support phone line, which purportedly serves the UK, left me waiting for 20 minutes with no assistance. I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved efficiently.

I am disappointed with the customer service provided to us West Coast customers. Support is needed in the evenings and weekends for our projects, but the responses to emails have been slow. Today, when I called during supposed working hours, the recorded message said to call back Monday to Friday. It's frustrating not to get the help needed. Please call me back on a workday after 10:30 am Pacific time at [redacted], as emailing has not been effective.

I received my photo order, but unfortunately, both metal photos were damaged upon arrival. The shipping package was also in poor condition. The metal photos had sticky tape marks on the backs due to inadequate wrapping. I tried reaching out for a replacement, but received no response to my emails containing pictures of the damage. I am now requesting a refund, particularly for the expedited shipping fee of $36.12. The initial order was made through a Groupon deal. The total invoice amount from Printerpix was $46.12. My original order was placed on 9/7/20 and was received on 10/10/20, well after the allowed time. I have called their customer service in India over 20 times and received no satisfaction. After requesting a replacement order, it took 10 days for approval. The new order has been in production for over 15 days and is expected to be finished next week. Despite being an expedited order from the UK instead of Florida, it will take an additional 10 days to arrive. I have rated them 1 star each time but wish 0 was an option. I have not received promised emails, refunds, or a contact number besides customer service. The service has been disappointing.

I made an order on December 2 (#[redacted]4) and was charged on my credit card. I received a confirmation email but no estimated delivery date was provided. When I tried to check the order status, the number did not show any information, and it was not in my account history. I tried calling the number on the website, but it seems to be out of service. I wanted to refer your company to my relatives, but now I have doubts about its credibility.
I am unable to find any details online using my order number. There is no record of the order in my account, and customer service has not responded to my inquiries. Additionally, the phone number listed on the website is not functioning.

I was charged $91.98 for shipping to Canada, even though I live in the USA and had the item shipped within the USA. Originally quoted a $19.99 shipping charge, I was overcharged due to a glitch. I contacted Printer Pix, and a representative assured me that the difference would be refunded within 5-10 days. It has now been 11 days, and I have not received the refund yet. I ordered two personalized key rings last night. Unfortunately, I was informed that my shipping address in Desloge, Missouri, was not valid for delivery after payment was processed. I dedicated many hours to creating 17 mask designs. I was surprised to see a $68 shipping charge for masks that weigh only 1 ounce. The masks would easily fit into a single manilla envelope. It would also be helpful to have an option to adjust the picture alignment to ensure it is straight on the mask. Despite the high shipping fee, I was still interested in purchasing them as I put in a lot of effort creating them. It would be beneficial if there was a warning about the expensive shipping costs before customers invest so much time and effort into designing their items.

I made two orders, both guaranteed for Christmas delivery, but it is now January 4 and I have yet to receive my items. Despite speaking with Adrienne on December 23 and being promised overnight delivery, the merchandise never arrived. I purchased two dog blankets on December 4, [redacted]. Order #[redacted]5. I have received the blanket for the white dog (Jax) but have not received the one for the brown dog (Maddie). During a live chat, a representative advised me to put Maddie's blanket back in my cart for it to be processed. I followed the instructions, but there is no indication that it is being processed.
