I have been trying to resolve an issue with a missing order from PrinterPix. I initially emailed customer service and then called on 11/27/19. The order number is #[redacted]7 for 2 medium dog blankets purchased through Groupon with Voucher Code 5DLCD3F86VN. The order was sent via FedEx Tracking #[redacted][redacted] but was delivered by USPS on 11/18/19. I contacted USPS and got claim #[redacted]2. Amy at PrinterPix Customer Service promised to reproduce and resend the order promptly.
As of 12/10/19, I still haven't received the missing order. I did get 2 other orders from PrinterPix, one placed after reporting the missing one. I have not heard back regarding my email inquiries and every time I call PrinterPix, their phone system states they are closed even during normal business hours. I sent another email on 12/8/19 but have not received any response.

I am truly disappointed with your service. On 31/10/19, you shipped my order #[redacted]3, which has not arrived yet. I have contacted you multiple times via email and your customer service. You replied to only one of my emails requesting my shipping address. When I call, it is difficult to communicate with someone who doesn't speak Italian. I was told I have to repay shipping costs because the address was incomplete (which is not true since the address I provided was correct and complete). I was willing to pay the costs and asked for a faster and trackable shipment. I was told on Friday, December 6th, that I would receive an email by the end of the day with payment details, but I have not received anything to date.

I purchased 5 mugs from your company, but when I tried to use the last 3 codes, it indicated they were each 9.98. I have tried reaching out by phone, but every time I call, a machine says you are closed, even during your working hours. Then, I attempted to chat online, but the representative didn't address my issue and quickly transferred me elsewhere. After declining a paid chat, the chat abruptly ended and I was asked to pay for help. Why should I have to pay for assistance from your company? I would appreciate a call or a refund. I'm disappointed by the lack of sensitivity shown towards customers by your company.

On December 6th, I purchased several vouchers totaling just under $[redacted], each of different sizes, amounts, and types. Upon checking, the cyber week offer page stated that the vouchers had no expiration date. However, after completing my purchase, I discovered that all the vouchers will expire in March [redacted], causing inconvenience as I have commitments until then. I am seeking a full refund per your policy allowing refunds within 7 business days. Despite my attempts to contact support, I was unable to get assistance promptly. When I called at 2:25 MST within business hours, I was informed that the business was closed, contradicting the stated operating hours. I received an email acknowledging the delay but only provided general information, which I had already reviewed. I am eager to speak with a representative to resolve this issue promptly.

On December 6th, I purchased several Cyber Week vouchers on the PrinterPix website. The information on the page indicated that books purchased during the Cyber deals had no expiration date. However, after making the final payment of just under $[redacted], it showed that all the photobooks I paid for would expire in March [redacted]. I already have two books I need to finish by March. If the expiration date was displayed upfront, I would not have ordered them. I am requesting a full refund or for my orders to be amended to reflect that they have no expiration date. Your website states that purchases made directly from your website are eligible for a refund within 7 business days of the initial purchase. Your slow response is concerning. I hope to resolve this matter before the 7 days pass to avoid being told it's too late for a refund due to your delayed response. I have a detailed log of my numerous attempts to contact you, including three today when the recording incorrectly stated I was calling after business hours when it was still within your operating hours.

I purchased 3 photo albums through a Groupon voucher and was requested to pay $19.95 for shipping during checkout. When my credit card was not accepted, I contacted customer service, and they explained that an invoice for shipping needed to be paid before processing my order. I settled the invoice online and my credit card was charged. Now I am puzzled why my order cannot go through regular checkout. Despite contacting the office, my order cannot be located. I ordered from Printerpix on November 21 and paid £8.99 for 2-week delivery. It's been almost 4 weeks now and I haven't received my order. I've contacted them multiple times expressing my frustration, especially since this is a Christmas gift. I'm disappointed that I might not get it on time. I was informed that I would receive free shipping on the XL calendars since my order totaled $67.00, surpassing the $30.00 threshold for free shipping. I placed an order on Nov 29th, but my items have not shipped yet. I needed them by Christmas, especially one that is a gift for my sister since our mother passed away in NJ. The delay is causing a problem as I need to ship it to her once it arrives. I tried reaching out via live chat and waited for 50 minutes only to get disconnected and then waited another 60 minutes for Michael to join, but he ignored me completely. I also attempted to call customer service 10 times between 2pm-4:30pm EST today, Tuesday, within regular business hours according to the website, but the line was closed. These multiple issues are very frustrating, and I am considering involving the better business bureau.

I placed an order for Christmas cards on December 9th, but it's still showing as being processed. The last name on the order is Meade. I expected to have received them by now. I am considering seeking refunds through Groupon and my bank since the cards have not arrived.
