I recently purchased Groupon coupons for Printer Pix under order number [redacted]. The book I received did not match the size as advertised on your website. The inside pages were not 8" by 8" but 8.5" by 14" which resulted in significant white strips on the edges. This is not what I ordered, and I am very disappointed. I ordered multiple books and need this matter resolved promptly. If I do not hear from you by Monday, I will call to address this issue. I am requesting a refund for my entire order and shipping costs. I experienced multiple issues with my purchase. Firstly, I was informed almost two weeks later through a survey email that my order was not initially placed. Then, after waiting an additional two weeks for the order, one of my pictures was missing and the other was damaged. When I contacted customer service, I initially encountered resistance in receiving a refund until I insisted on speaking with a manager. The representative, Siraj, claimed there was no manager but eventually agreed to issue a refund after being pressed. He provided conflicting information about his authority to issue a refund and initially denied the existence of a corporate office. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will be sharing my negative feedback on Groupon and other review sites. I demand a refund for the order and shipping costs. Thank you.

This is my sixth photo book in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary cruise. I ordered the Debossed Leather Photobook, but received the blue Lorenzo instead. On my project page, I noticed the change from Debossed blue to Lorenzo without my consent. All my previous books have also changed to Lorenzo, and I am disappointed as I wanted them all in Debossed Leather.
I am eager to hear from you soon and rectify this error. I have five more books to order and want them all consistent. I have attached photos for reference.

Dear Printerpix USA Customer Service,
I appreciate the prompt response to my inquiry. Over a week ago, I reached out regarding my recent photobook order, as there was a discrepancy with the cover. Despite multiple attempts and promises of a callback within 24 hours, I have not received an explanation as to why the last photobook I received has a smooth vinyl cover in a lighter shade, unlike the textured Debossed Leather cover I originally chose and already have for previous books. Comparing the two side by side clearly shows they are not the same, as shown in the attached photo.
Even as I work on my next book on your webpage, the preview displays a darker, textured Debossed Leather cover similar to my previous orders. The inconsistency between what is advertised on your website and what is delivered is troubling. While I understand the name change from European to US regions, the misrepresentation of the product is disappointing and unethical.
I have invested significant time in creating photobooks for my wife's 50th anniversary, and I still have five more to make. I would prefer to continue using your services but expect the quality and accuracy to match what is advertised.

I recently bought a discount voucher from Wowcher for an Instagram photo cushion cover, only for £4.99 which was a great deal. However, during the checkout process, I noticed that the delivery charge was £5.99, more than the cost of the cushion cover itself. Upon further observation, I found that by removing the voucher code and paying full price for the cover, the delivery charge was only £3.49, which is the standard rate. It seems unfair to charge voucher users a higher delivery fee for the same product. This practice appears to offset the discount, making the overall cost higher than expected. If this issue is not addressed, I may have to cancel my order and use my voucher with a different company instead.

I have a Groupon voucher for a wall calendar. I followed the redemption link and created my calendar. The problem I encountered is that my shopping basket is showing a charge of £7.77 for the calendar instead of £0.00, which I've already paid for on Groupon. I expected to only pay for the shipping, as indicated on the Groupon deal. Can you advise why I am being asked to pay for the calendar again?

I placed an order online about 2 hours ago and called Printerpix regarding the free shipping and Cyber Monday sale with 90% off that was supposed to be included. Despite being able to add the pictures I wanted before midnight, I noticed a $57 shipping charge on the order. After being on hold listening to elevator music for an hour, the call was disconnected. I tried calling again but was placed on hold for another hour with no success. This frustrating experience makes me question the "your call is important to us" statement, as I was unable to reach anyone after such a long wait.

I am having trouble with the 30x35 blanket I purchased through Groupon. I spent all of last night trying to customize it by uploading my photos, but when I tried to save and place the order, your website kept giving me errors. I was frustrated to see that instead of one large blanket, it was forcing me to order two small blankets, which was not what I paid for in the Groupon deal. When I tried to switch it to a medium blanket size, it wanted to charge me an additional $11. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I ordered 3 Hardcover Photo Books sized 11" x 8.5" with 50 pages each using a Groupon code. However, upon checking out, I noticed that there are extra pages added to my order. I only intended to have the base 50 pages for each book with a $5.00 upgrade cost and a shipping fee, not the additional pages. I purchased 3 canvas prints on November 27th. I have sent 3 emails but have not received any replies. I tried calling 4 times, but keep getting the same message about their business hours being 9-5, which doesn't seem to align with when I'm calling. My order status shows the product has left the warehouse, but I have no tracking information to know how it will be delivered - whether by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I am feeling very frustrated as I have not heard back from anyone regarding my emails.

I purchased vouchers on PrinterPix and later found out they cannot be used together in one order to buy 4 personalized pillowcases, requiring me to place 4 separate orders with individual shipping costs. I raised this issue, and they offered to discount part of the shipping cost from 19.96 to 10. I was told to expect an email yesterday as today is the last day for delivery before Christmas.
I now wish to prompt the email's dispatch and highlight that I paid in advance, and it seems unfair to discover later that the vouchers need to be used individually, resulting in a 4.99 shipping charge per product, which seems unreasonable.

I have reached out via email and phone multiple times regarding my order from November 25th, [redacted]. When I call, the recorded message repeats the business hours, and I have tried calling during those hours. I just tried calling at 11 am EST, and it says you open at 9 am EST. I am frustrated that I am unable to speak to a representative. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and will not be ordering from this company again. I expect to receive the items I purchased for my family members.

I am trying to get assistance with my voucher for 80 5x7 cards with free shipping. Ordinarily, when entering the code, it should cover the shipping costs, but I am being asked to pay for shipping instead. I made the payment using PayPal. Update: I recently purchased a Printerpix blanket using a voucher, and paid $18 for shipping. To my surprise, another unauthorized order for two blankets was also charged at $56. Despite my efforts to contact the company immediately, I was informed via email a day later that the order could not be canceled due to the 24-hour cancellation policy. I have repeatedly explained that I only purchased one blanket and requested a refund of $38 (the difference in cost between one and two blankets). However, I kept receiving automated responses denying the cancellation. Frustrated by the lack of response via phone, email, or social media, I have decided to dispute the $56 charge with my bank. The company has lost my loyalty due to this unauthorized charge. I need this additional order canceled, as it was not authorized. My reference number is #[redacted]6.

I need to extend the expiration date of my vouchers. Being currently unemployed, I was planning to take advantage of Cyber Week sales.
