Dear Support Team, I am experiencing issues with both of my voucher codes (HB9BDN2KCSMV and 38ZEW4N3TNC) intended for a 40-page A4 hardback photo album. Despite entering the codes, they are not being accepted during checkout. I urgently require this order for Christmas. I have tried contacting customer service via phone with wait times of 38 and 56 minutes, as well as sending two previous emails without a response. The lack of information on my queue position is frustrating. I kindly request prompt assistance today to finalize my order before the Christmas deadline. Regards, Sharon S.

I placed an order at the beginning of December with order number [redacted]5. The package was shipped to Florida instead of Nashua, NH, where my other orders arrived on time. Unfortunately, the item did not reach me in time for Christmas, and it was supposed to be a gift for a family member who is leaving soon. It's disappointing, and I would appreciate receiving a replacement blanket promptly. On another note, the Christmas cards I ordered have also not been delivered, leaving me unable to send them out this year. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with the service provided by this company.

Good morning, I placed order [redacted]1 and called. I spoke to an operator about an order placed on December 7th that arrived today with the wrong name. They told me to put the order back in the cart and that they would send me an email with a voucher to ensure I could reorder the blanket by paying the shipping costs, but the link is not working. I am attaching a photo of the item received and I'm requesting the correct one to be sent as per the design. Looking forward to your response. Thank you, Brenda

I purchased vouchers worth £60 that I couldn't use on the website, and despite the promise of a [redacted]% guaranteed refund if unhappy, I was not refunded. When I contacted customer service, the unhelpful chat operator suggested trying a different browser instead of processing my refund. I was disappointed as I had not received any products and was now being told the vouchers had expired. I had wanted to use the vouchers to make a christening blanket for my new grandson, but had to incur extra expenses buying gifts elsewhere due to the voucher issues. The chat operator did not assist me other than advising to try another browser. As a person with a limited income, I cannot afford to lose over £60 on goods I never received.

I saved and added an 11x8.5 40-page book to my shopping cart and also started a second project, a 11x8.5 60-page book. When I checked my shopping cart, only the second unfinished book was there, ready to be paid for. I wonder where my completed project went. Is there a way to check which photos were used in my first project to avoid duplicates in the second one? Can I make edits to an order in the cart before placing it? I am disappointed in the level of customer service provided.

I have previously ordered gifts from your store for my friends and have always been pleased with the items. However, my recent order, a photo book of me and my late Mother who had Alzheimer's, was disappointing. The cover photo had two-thirds of the words cut off, which were an essential part of the photo choice. Additionally, some pictures had my Mother's head cut off or almost entirely cropped out, which is unacceptable. I was surprised that there was no option for me to crop the photos myself, assuming the company would perform this task accurately. I am curious if humans review the photos or if it is done by a machine, as the mistakes made in my order were major. I kindly request to have the photo book redone by a human to avoid any cropping errors. I ordered this book as a tribute to my Mother and want it to be done correctly and professionally, similar to my previous orders. If not, I would expect a full refund for the order. -CJ

I used my email [redacted] to purchase 5 calendars from Printerpix through Groupon in late October. However, I have not yet received the calendars. Despite my repeated inquiries about the delivery status, I have not received a satisfactory response. The creation of the calendars took me approximately 5.5 hours, so it is essential that I have them printed. I even considered getting high-resolution PDFs of each page to have them printed by a local printer to make sure I have them in hand for Christmas.

I received an email from Printerprix on November 28th informing me that my order had been shipped, but I have yet to receive it. The carrier they used, Evri, provided me with a tracking number and informed me of multiple delivery dates, none of which have been successful. When attempting to contact Evri, I am prompted for the tracking number provided by Printerprix, however, upon entering it online, I am informed that there is no record of the order. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Evri through their automated system without the tracking number. Printerprix's contact information provided online has also been unhelpful, as the telephone number did not work. The order was destined for Australia for Christmas, but I have missed the deadline. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and resolution regarding this matter, especially since the order has already been paid for. Assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've been trying desperately to reach someone regarding my order. The email I received indicates that my order was shipped today. I have been attempting to inquire if I could pick up the order from your facility if it was being processed in Lake Mary. I will be passing by Jacksonville on Friday, which is near Lake Mary. I was hoping to have this blanket for my granddaughter's first birthday, but if it has already been shipped, I may not receive it on time. I am disappointed that no one has contacted me regarding my request. I have not been able to get any information from tracking yet. How long does Pitney Bowes usually take to deliver? This is the first time I am hearing about them for shipments. Thank you.

On September 28th, the photo book I ordered finally arrived, though it was significantly delayed. Intended as a special gift for my husband after his recent loss, the book failed to meet expectations. Upon opening it, the first 16 pages were filled with someone else's wedding photos, completely unrelated to us. Despite efforts to have this corrected since September [redacted], dealing with customer support, namely Brian, has been disappointing. Promised refunds or credits never materialized, and even after providing new banking information due to account closure, the refund was incorrectly issued. I have maintained communication with Brian, expressing my frustration over the past 4 months without resolution. I am now requesting a refund to a new address as the previous refund was misdirected. The order number is [redacted]2. I have kept all email correspondence and am eager for a swift resolution. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I purchased a Hardcover photo book or photo album through Groupon using the code WBNLAHYZYEBI for an A4/[redacted]-page book. The offer expires on the 28th of February [redacted]. I realized the book was only for 20 pages, and when I tried to change the product, I could only switch to an A5/[redacted]-page size book instead of the A4 size I wanted. Unfortunately, starting a new project has a deadline of the 16th of January, which is not enough time for me to complete it. Can you please confirm that I have until the 28th of February to complete the project as initially purchased? Thank you.

Hello, I have been trying in vain to get my order from 12.06.[redacted] (photobook, [redacted] pages A4 landscape) processed and sent to me without errors. For many days, I have been complaining repeatedly, but nothing significant seems to be happening. It feels like everyone is ignoring my valid concern or intentionally prolonging it until I give up in frustration. Even the threat of claiming damages if I have the service provided by another provider has not changed the situation. What happens now?

Hello, I placed an order with you on August 30th and I have not yet received my photo prints. I contacted you on September 18th and you responded to me on Printerpixusa Instagram. According to your response, you informed me that the order was shipped from your facilities on September 6th and should arrive soon. However, today is October 18th and I still have not received anything. I sent you another message via Instagram this Monday, you saw it but I did not receive a response. I attempted to order a canvas print from Printerpix, but my credit card transaction was declined. After contacting my credit card company and unlocking the card, I tried the transaction again. Despite not receiving a confirmation, the payment went through. I'm unsure if the order was successfully received on your end. How can we resolve this if the order did not go through, considering that the payment has already been processed?
