J'ai récemment exposé en détail mon problème. J'ai tenté de le résumer. Depuis le 7 juillet jusqu'au 20 septembre [redacted], je me suis efforcé sans relâche de modifier les dates de mon voyage de Montréal à Vancouver, initialement du 31 juillet au 7 août pour les reprogrammer du 6 au 13 août. Je n'ai pas réussi à contacter Booking.com par téléphone, email ou courrier postal, ni obtenir de réponse de leur siège à Amsterdam. On m'a indiqué que Price Line, qui a émis les billets sans que je le sache, doit valider les nouvelles dates. Je suis déçue du manque de coopération depuis le prétendu rachat de Booking.com par Price Line. Malgré mes tentatives au Maroc, en Égypte, en France, et en Belgique avec des frais d'appels interurbains, mon problème n'est pas résolu. Les totaux facturés en double par WestJet, Air Canada et Price Line s'élèvent à [redacted].52$ avec les appels. Je refuse de payer ce montant excessif et demande à régler le coût réel des billets pour mon époux et moi. Un employé de Price Line m'a fourni l'adresse email [redacted] pour soumettre ma réclamation.

I'm Marquisha M., and my recent stay with Chicago Club and Inns was disappointing. The hotel room was unclean and infested with bed bugs, causing discomfort for my daughter and me. Despite requesting a room change twice, the issues persisted. After speaking with a U.S. representative who assured me of a full refund for the two days I paid for, I am now facing resistance from overseas customer service agents who are only offering a partial refund for one day, which is unacceptable. I booked a car rental for my daughter-in-law, Bridget Spencer, through Priceline originally for 10/08/21 - 10/15/21, which was changed to 10/06/20 - 10/13/21. I purchased car insurance during the reservation process through Allianz via Kayak. Due to the date change, I am concerned if the insurance coverage was affected. I am seeking clarification on the insurance coverage and feel frustrated by the runaround from Allianz, Kayak, Enterprise, and Priceline.

I found a rental car through your site and made a reservation with Sixt, Powered by RentalCars.com. The agreed price was US $[redacted].28. However, upon arrival at Sixt after a long flight, I was asked to pay US $[redacted].91, which was $[redacted] more than what I had reserved. The clerk informed me there was nothing he could do since the reservation was through your agency. Despite trying to speak to a supervisor and contacting your agency and RentalCars, I was unable to resolve the issue. I requested to cancel my reservation but was still charged the full amount. I am seeking an apology, an explanation for the discrepancy, and an immediate full refund to my credit card account.

To Priceline Customer Service: I am writing to address the challenges I encountered while trying to cancel my upcoming trip to the Outer Banks in September [redacted]. Due to unforeseen circumstances, including a friend falling ill with potential Covid-related issues, I had to cancel my flights and car rental bookings. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I faced difficulties canceling my bookings and obtaining refunds. The first flight was canceled, but the refund process was not initiated, and I still need to cancel the second leg of my journey to NYC. The lack of responsiveness and the inconvenience experienced reflect poorly on Priceline's customer service policies. Given the unpredictable nature of Covid, I believe a full refund should be provided in this situation. I used my prepaid MasterCard to reserve a car in Victoria, BC due to crashing my truck and leaving my wallet behind. I obtained the prepaid card from MoneyMart for the car rental. While my card was accepted for the reservation, I was denied the rental upon arriving at the airport after a $60 cab ride. Despite not receiving the car, I was still charged $79 for it. This caused me to incur $[redacted] in cab fares and $79.98 in insurance fees (Reference # O5001F3EAC70) for a vehicle Avis refused to rent me. I was assured a refund when I called in, yet two weeks have passed, and I have not received anything. I am extremely upset about this and am considering legal action to recover my money. It is unacceptable for a large corporation like Priceline to engage in such practices, and if my funds are not returned, I will pursue this matter further through small claims court.

Subject: Unfortunate Experience with Reservation at Travel Lodge To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment in the handling of my reservation at Travel Lodge in Raton, NM, booked through Priceline with confirmation number #[redacted]22 on 9/17/21. Despite presenting the confirmation to the staff, they were unable to locate the reservation, causing unnecessary delays and frustration after a long journey. Ultimately, we had to find alternative accommodation at a higher cost. I kindly request a refund of $93.22, charged to my Visa account on 9/18, as the reservation did not materialize as expected. I am facing issues receiving emails from Priceline. When I tried to log in, I realized I couldn't remember my password, so I requested a password reset link via email, but it never came. After multiple attempts and not receiving any email, I contacted the number on the Priceline website while looking to book a hotel. The man understood my hotel choice, offered a discount, collected my details, and assured me of a confirmation email. However, I never received it. On reaching out again, I coincidentally spoke to the same agent who confirmed my reservation, provided a confirmation number, and sent another email that also didn't arrive. Subsequently, I contacted customer service, they verified the hotel and dates, but assigned a different confirmation number. Despite having two numbers, no email confirmation has been received, even after checking my spam folder.

I made a flight booking with Priceline to utilize a travel credit but my confirmation email is missing the trip confirmation number needed to access flight details. I'm unable to connect with an agent without this code. The email I received is from [redacted] and shows flight information from Amsterdam to San Francisco on October 3rd and returning on October 7th. Several months ago, I made a reservation that turned out to be very frustrating. Initially, an agent informed me I could cancel and rebook for a different flight, so I followed their advice and canceled what I could. However, the customer service team was unable to assist further when we wanted to rebook for the following day. I contacted Thrifty and they assured me it would be okay to arrive 23 hours later. Unfortunately, upon arrival at Thrifty, they claimed they had no cars available, leaving us stranded without transportation to New Jersey. We had no choice but to settle for a nearby hotel as the cab fare would have been over $[redacted], not to mention the inconvenience of our luggage. The whole situation was unacceptable, causing immense stress, frustration, and financial strain due to the lack of a car rental. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my Priceline trip #: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38. As an 8-month pregnant traveler with swollen feet, I was shocked by the rude dismissal I encountered from the customer service representative. Instead of offering assistance, I was advised to walk around in search of another car rental company, which I found unprofessional and absurd. Despite my explanation that canceling the reservation would pose financial strain as I wouldn't receive an immediate refund and couldn't afford to book another car for $[redacted], I was met with indifference. The representative's refusal to address my inquiries culminated in them abruptly ending the call, which was highly unprofessional. This conduct constitutes a clear case of Bait and Switch and false advertising, prompting me to consider taking my concerns to the Attorney General.

I made a reservation for a four-star hotel in Cancun through one of your Priceline deals about an hour ago. This vacation is significant to me as I plan to take my aging mother and my sister with a handicap on a special trip. I put in a lot of effort into my work as a nurse to save money for such experiences. The hotel I was assigned to through the Priceline Express deal was Casa Turquesa, but the reviews and pictures are appalling. The place has leaks in the ceilings, mildew on furniture and walls, and looks rundown. Despite the claims of being a four-star hotel, it does not meet the standards. I am deeply disappointed as this reservation cost me nearly [redacted] dollars, which I saved for almost six months. When I reached out to customer service in the Philippines, I was informed that the reservation is non-refundable. This isn't the first time I've faced issues with Priceline, as I had a bad experience during the pandemic in Greece and encountered unsafe surroundings in a Wisconsin hotel previously. I booked a hotel in St Louis through Priceline's deal for 2 nights to attend my daughter's wedding. However, after reading negative reviews about the hotel, I discovered a $[redacted] "Resort Fee" on top of the $[redacted]/night rate. This fee was not disclosed by Priceline. I want to cancel the reservation due to the undisclosed fees and negative reviews, especially since I found an alternative hotel where the wedding party is staying. I believe the hotel's practices are unfair and Priceline should be made aware of this issue.

I made a reservation online, and the service told me my card was not authorized, but I was still charged for a stay in Oakland. I've tried contacting you through chat and your [redacted] number, but haven't been able to resolve this issue. My phone number is [redacted], email dho l i d a [redacted] I spoke to the bank, but they can't help until the charge is no longer pending. Please cancel the reservation and refund the charge as I can't access my money. There seems to be a mix-up as I don't even have an itinerary for this evening and was not aware of any deposit required for the room. I need assistance with this matter as soon as possible.

I would like to report a scam that happened to me earlier today. I received an email from an unknown sender claiming that I had won a lottery and needed to provide my personal information to claim the prize. The email asked for my full name, address, phone number, and even requested my bank account details for the prize money to be deposited directly. I found this suspicious and did not respond to the email. I wanted to warn others about such fraudulent emails and advise everyone to be cautious about sharing personal information online. On August 20, a transaction was made by my son, Keith Lyksett, using my credit card ending in [redacted] for a Hertz car rental. Despite being directed to Hertz initially, they suggested I contact you directly. When we attempted to collect the car, my credit card was not accepted as my son would be the driver. As a result, his credit card was used for the transaction. My son had insurance coverage and did not require additional travel insurance. Since I did not drive the vehicle, I also did not need the insurance. We declined insurance at pickup, which should be documented by Hertz. I made flight bookings through BMO, which uses your services for reservations. I need to modify the return flight for a trip scheduled for TOMORROW. I attempted to contact customer service three times, being disconnected after lengthy waits and conversations. If a disconnection occurs, the agent should promptly follow up. I find it unreasonable that I can't alter my flight when changes were allowed for the departing flight; there seems to be confusion regarding this policy. I was not provided with any rule or policy information when I changed my departing flight and now face difficulties with changing the return flight. The lack of consistency is frustrating. To whom it may concern, I believe Priceline owes me a refund for misinforming me about my hotel reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn, [redacted] Promenade Blvd, Bridgewater, New Jersey. My last name is Hinton Y. I've been affected by Hurricane Ida and lost my home. I made a reservation through Priceline on 11/30 for a king-size bed, stating only one adult with no children or pets. However, the Hilton informed me this morning that they have me down for two queen-size beds and two adults on their records. They directed me to resolve the issue with Priceline. The hotel also mentioned that they charge extra for two adults. I am currently staying at the Hilton and require all refunds, including incidental fees, to be credited back to my debit card promptly. Hello, I'm Richard Lacy. I made a flight booking through you on August 24th with Record Locator GMVIQP from Bakersfield, CA to Memphis, TN. Originally, I had a flight scheduled for November 8th at 4:10 PM from Memphis to Bakersfield, but without prior notice, the departure time was changed to 7:30 AM. Upon discovering this on October 7th, I contacted your customer service and was informed that my original flight was canceled and rebooked for the early morning departure. After discussing my situation, I was rebooked on a later flight at 3:40 PM with 2 stops at no extra cost. The representative mentioned it required contacting Affirm on October 7th to adjust the pricing, yet as of the 15th, the charge remains unchanged. Could you please look into this matter? Thank you.
