Your customer service * associates from customer care to senior agent to the supervisor leo, Jessie, Riley I needed to switch location a booking I made not even * hours ago the hotels were ok with it but said I had to call u and the hotel even informed me don't use Priceline I will get no where use Booking.com and so far they are right I have used u all for the past couple of months while I'm waiting on my house to get finished and I'm going through radiation and chemo I made a mistake seen Ft.lauderdale figured it was the one I'm at and have been for * days I didn't continue reading it and if I would of I would of seen cypress creek when I'm at the federal highway ft.lauderdale location since Priceline is rude does not care or want to help there customers you all don't need my business all u did was save me $** from what the hotel actually charges and u train your associates well they sound like robots with a broken record all * said exactly the same thing tells me they are reading a script very rude no compassion don't want to help the customer from am honest mistake because they can't over ride the system the contract says no refunds or cancellations or changes . The customer service gentleman Leo hung up on me * times taking me off hold. So, I have * more month until I can move in my house looks like Priceline no longer needs my money since I made a mistake and no one can help me fix it to stay at the laQuinta I'm currently at by my dr.'s and cancer center now I have to go across town ** minutes from here to Ft.Lauderdale as well and stay up all day no sleep for check in at * and chemo at *. Priceline don't care so, why should I care and keep my business there for you all to have sales to make money to stay employed. I'd rather be treated with respect and like a human being that made a honest mistake but that didn't happen. Also, you all lie to your customers oh for being a repeat customer you will save **% no I didn't I saved $** but like your senior agent Jessie told me your prices are competitive with your competition not the hotel and there prices. I will be letting everyone I know about this incident word of mouth gets business and takes business away so sad. I know I just wasted my time typing this because nothing will get done to help me out after all there is a contract and that contract is law final say can't be changed said your supervisor Riley.
