Yu charged me twice. I went to Santa Fe last week for four days and on the **rd you charged me and on the **th you charge me. And that ends up causing bounced checks today if you don’t refunded. A company as big as this should be able to respond to A phone call. It ridiculously pisses me off that I can’t get a hold of you guys and that in itself will cause me to not use you again. In the meantime please keep my checks from bouncing. I can’t wait to “* to * days” for you guys to undo a double charge. I have a business and I’ve never, literally never, double charged someone. It kind of looks purposeful. And then waiting * to * days? This is ridiculous and I will never use this company again. I have never in my life Dealt with a travel company that does this. I could handle it if I could get a hold of a person. But having to email Yu to get an answer? That’s bullshit. Please take care of this immediately. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I don’t hear from you In the next few hours. Please call me at ***-***-****.
